A room with a king size bed was reserved and prepaid. Upon arrival, I was informed that that was not available and was switched to a double queen. After two attempts to get into my room, I went back downstairs again and asked for a different room with keys that actually worked. Getting into the room, one of the beds had some type of dirt all over the top, only one towel, no bathmat, and no lotion in the bathroom. There was mold on the wall and the toilet area, there were places in the floor, where you could fill the subfloor, giving away underneath the carpet, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor , and the hot water came and went throughout the entire shower. The entire hallway room smelled like a musty mold had been there for quite some time. The only reason I decided to stay after all of this was simply because I was tired and did not want to have to pay for something at another hotel. A refund should be in line without question.

I would not stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly but a lot of things that just weren’t great.
The room had a funky smell, no hot water, dead bugs on the sofa bed mattress, elevator was broken, no way to lock the balcony sliding door, and overall just seemed very sketchy and not well maintained.

This is the worse Courtyard by Marriott that I have ever stayed at. No breakfast bc person did not show up. No TV channel listing, had to search for ESPN. Pool was out of order. We were put into a room that was always occupied. Then a room that was dirty. We prepaid for breakfast, but the Bistro was closed for the day. No way to refund that portion of the cost. The room card worked at the room door, but none of the outside entrances. Stuck outside for 15 minutes (at 5am) trying to get in through any outside entrance locations to no avail. Young Indian customer service representatives asleep through the night, at her work station. I didnt mean to startle her several times during the morning. She was very friendly, just extremely over worked

The staff is great…. professional, accommodating, and highly efficient. The property’s decor has been updated but unfortunately merely masks the loose/nonworking outlets, burned out lightbulbs, scarcity of towels, and (gasp) uncleanliness. Overlooking the area humidity and resulting musty smell, one can’t help but notice hallways that haven’t been vacuumed and the odd bug in the bathroom. There’s a fairly new Fairfield next door. Hopefully it’s cleaner and in better working order. Try it instead!

Took an hour to check in, their cards we’re not working. We tried 5 rooms before the 6th finally worked. Make up stains and hair on the some of the towels by the sink.
