It was very clean in the room. We requested more soap and coffee for the room. They said they would take care of it but never did.

Frustrated that once I had gotten comfortable and changed for bed, I realized I hadn’t unloaded my travel cooler only to find out the refrigerator was missing from my room. I called the front desk and she mentioned knowing of a problem with it, and offered to change me room. I was already undressed, and didn’t want to pack up and move that late in the evening. If they knew of the problem, why did they book that room? I feel they owe me a partial refund.

When asked for manager, was told they “can’t reach him” and “don’t know when he will be in” because he is away “on business.” I know I’ll never hear from anyone to get issue resolved. No apologies either and I know they will flip right around and rent that to someone else without cleaning the issue. Room is also not that much cheaper from similar other accommodations in area. Check in was good, friendly and kind. Our room was comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately there was a dig next door that greeted us frequently with barking. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said they were checking out the next day but they were there the whole r days we were. I might suggest putting a waste basket in the bathroom as well as the bedroom. Breakfast was ok but there was no toaster. I don't think we will stay at La Quinta in Greenville again.

Very nice hotel for the very inexpensive price. Only complaint if we had one was the slow drain in the sink. It’s no frills but a very nice place overall👍👍😉😃

Did not stay there and the smell is so bad probably due to pet friendly stay and we couldn’t not take it.

The manager was unpleasant and was charged a fee for my service animal and they even asked for the papers to her. I have contact ada and this is a big no no

The room had leftovers in the fridge, someone's eye drops in the restroom and the bed sheets smelled of perfume. Also, the luggage cart was broken and the included breakfast was awful.

Not all staff members were rude but one was and made the stay not so pleasant Also when I checked in there was a wet dirty towel on the night table when I told the front desk guy didn’t even say sorry They only put one body wash and one soap for 3 days and 3 people Breakfast could be improved as well

After several card re-charges, the hotel put a barrier in the door so guest could enter through that door. The gym was closed to maintenance. The pool was closed. This was my first time booking a hotel as a solo traveler, so I scrolled through tons of reviews before I booked anywhere. I really just wanted it to feel safe, I wanted a comfy bed, and I needed something cheap. The area is really pretty and didn't feel sketchy at all. The hotel was really quiet, even during the day. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and I would definitely stay again. You have to request house keeping if you want it more than once while you stay, and the hallways smell like cigarettes. Those weren't deal breakers for me, but I've seen other reviews complain about it.

It's very quiet and front desk was awesome, the room was very nice and the area is quiet and the breastfast was a nice addition, one thung to mention no cups left in room for coffee in room, and not enough washcloths for 3 people only left 2 for 3 people and the pool was closed no reason given have a 2 year old and was going to take her swimming but a,sign posted pool closed and no reason given need to update with hotels site to inform the pool is closed until further notice.
