The golf courses look nice and well maintained but the rooms are very old. They need an upgrade! Linens are cheap and feel like sand paper. A room and a hallway smelled like sweaty socks.

Very nice hotel and spa. Las minute get away. The room and facility are spotless and look like they were recently renovated. Spa and massage were very good as was the pool and hot tub. Nice staff. Food was good. Room with a golf course view is what you want.

The core structure is very pretty and grand however, some carpet areas were, quite frankly, unacceptably dirty. They should also do something about a smell in their carpeted hallways.

It is a beautiful resort property that had everything we needed and then some. The only thing I didn’t like was how cold it was. The thermostat was set to 63 degrees in our room when we arrived!

The staff, especially at Cafe Espresso and Finial, were friendly and attentive. The entire hotel was immaculate — shiny, clean, well-manicured! Enjoyed my few days there and will stay again when I return to the area. (Tip: Get the melt-in-your-mouth filet mignon and the blondie brownie dessert at Finial! OMG! Heavenly! )

The description of the property was not accurate, especially regarding the spa. The spa was a day spa, not full service. The pool is shared with the whole propert, not a spa pool. The room was adequate. Food was mediocre. Room service meal was not appropriate temperature. I will not return.

Location to Furnitureland keeps us returning. Beautiful rooms and nice views. FINIALS restaurant was new to us, dinner was lovely. Lobster bisque good. My salad was rather small, but good. We shared the Lobster, and shrimp grits which was wonderful and filling. I complimented the kitchen. Dessert was delicious..blueberry cobbler with ice cream. Amy and John Eric were excellent servers.

Check in was beyond pathetic. Took 4 hours. My daughters had to stand in line to take showers in the locker room, which had no AC. The only compensation offered by the hotel was alcohol drink vouchers (2) given to all of us waiting (prob 150 people) and it was beer/wine only and I don't drink. My daughters were late to the music concert because of this hotel. I understand housekeeping is an issue but 8:ooPM check-in is ridiculous for $309 dollars a night. Very bad experience. I feel like I need to refunded for this stay. No discount was given. I was charged full price.
