Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.)
The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English would have been super helpful (or even a QR code on how to use it)!
The bathroom lighting was the worst we have had in all of our stays in Europe.

I stayed at the hotel with my girls, 10 &5 . The stuff was very nice, the breakfest stuff was also very helpful and the pool was great. Overall a great holiday.

Even though I booked a family room for 4 people including free breakfast, when I checked out of the hotel they charged me for breakfast and an extra "Alloggio" fee for each of my children for an extra 240 francs! This was wildly inconsistent with the Hotels.com quote.

Great location, right on the waterfront. Had a great dinner with many good restaurants within a block and nice breakfast in the hotel. Make sure to use the spa on the bottom floor while you are there.
