The hotel is decent but being right on the major road made it very loud and almost impossible to have the window open especially when facing the ocean. The beds were ok with a mediocre mattress and super basic sheets - get what you pay for but being by the water is convenient. Came into lounge where staff was arguing with each other and made it even less comfortable. Parking costs extra but is a good look considering the location.

The fridge was dirty, had open drinks left in, there were no wash cloths, you have to help yourself from the closet which is on first floor however, there were none left. The cabinet under the sink was dirty and the sink was clogged. Parking is mostly for small compact cars, if you have a bigger vehicle you might have to find parking on the street because is difficult to fit in the spots. It is an avarage hotel , convenient location, ok if you keep expectation on the low side.

The room could be seen from parking lot but the room didn’t have sheer privacy curtains There were very few lights so drawing black out drapes for privacy not ideal. The hair and bath products provided were low quality with very masculine rather than neutral scent. But it’s a 5 minute walk to a great beach with plenty of dining in walking distance.

This location is great! Staff was friendly and informative. Walking distance from the beach. Room was comfortable and clean. Microwave available in the lounge. Only one parking space per room available. Definitely will be back.

Our day was fine. The hotel was clean. The room was a decent size. The parking situation was very tight and limited however, the hotel is in a great location, biking distance to the beach, food and shopping.

The room was adequate. The location of the room was facing the main street, so it was very loud through the night. the pool was clean but not inviting.

Just a quick walk away from Newport Beach. Hotel staff were very nice and the place was clean. Easy check in and easy check out.

Great location with easy access to the beach, dining and coffee shop. It was hard to get a good night sleep because of the noise coming from the street and the air conditioning unit. The shower felt uncomfortable with water spilling everywhere, but a modern shower head would be an easy fix.

Super clean rooms. Clean comfy beds. Air conditioning was great. So nice to have a mini fridge in the room and quick to run down to the lounge and use microwaves when needed. Pool was so nice and clean. Literally across the street from the beach. All good things to say about our stay!

Nice hotel in great location—walk to beach and several restaurants. Only downside was a wonky coffee maker but I’m sure they would have changed it out if I’d asked (just went out for breakfast instead)! Modern feeling and clean.

This was the perfect beach hotel. We were able to easily walk to a very nice family friendly beach. There were a handful of restaurants close by. Breakfast could have been easier if they had some basics in the hotel lounge.

Great Location - Poor Condition The good: Great location for a beach stay. The beach is about a 100 yards away and the best part is there is not a lot of public parking around it, so it is not crowded. Beautiful location as far as that goes. And for the price, a great value. You’d be hard-pressed to find a hotel at that rate that close to the beach. The Bad: Either the hotel is right on the edge when it comes to profitability, or they have an owner that just doesn’t want to put money into it. When we arrived our toilet seat was broke, the shower was clogged, there was no phone in the room, a towel had stains on it, the lobby smelled badly, very poor condition. They don’t give you a door card, everything is keypad entry (hotel access, room access), which would be fine if the keypads actually worked. At one point we were standing outside the hotel for about three minutes just trying to get in. Last, they have parking, but it helps if you drive a bicycle. The spaces are so small you’re going to have to squeeze to get in if somone parks next to you.

Killer location. Great food near by and coffee. And of course a few feet to the beach. Staff is top notch and we’re very willing to offer help with anything and everything. They have all kinds of fun things you can use at the beach to borrow and they loved sharing! Only stinky part is the room cleanliness was rough. Weird picks for high use hotel items. Not sure they are really appropriate. You can tell they were picked by someone who didn’t have the best knowledge. That said, location, location, location! So……
