Their efforts greatly contributed to my happiness throughout my visit. My room was consistently spotless, a testament to their attention to detail. The culinary experiences were exceptional, each meal adding a delightful dimension to my stay. Special accolades to the ladies in the lobby area, who served coffee and managed the gift shop with a warmth and friendliness that brightened each day. Only complaint was about the airport transfers. Very disorganised. Exoected them to meet ne on arrival but some intermediary rang them abd tgey eventually came about 90 nins late. Not great at 2 am. Akso booked the return a day in advance but the guy wasn't ready. Even though it is free you would hope for a bit better organization m.

Excellent hotel and very friendly and pleasant service. Afomya (reservation manager) was world class in her service. Wi-Fi was slow in the room.

The room rug very dirty, bathroom not clean, window drips is not properly hug (for all this I have video) my daughter bitten by badbug or any other type of insect under her eye and checks where swallow ( I have pictures for that. In general Very bad experience I have every had. The room division manager he is a good person try to accommodate. I have one questions how hotel.com . The hotel is pretty, in a good spot in the city, the staff is friendly, however our second day there my boyfriend and I went out to eat and when we came back, our room had been cleaned and a bunch of our money went missing. We talked to the manager he was really friendly and he said he would start an investigation, but our issue was never resolved and we lost all that money.

I really enjoyed the stay in that Elilly Hotel. The people were really friendly and very helpful starting from the security at the entrance, through the reception, the waiters in the restaurants, the house-keeping and the Spa. The stay in the lobby after check-out was so comfortable so that I did not realize the long waiting till 08:30 p.m before leaving the hotel to the airport. The Elilly Hotel is a place to be. -:)

Everything was great!....except for the carpets not clean enough.
The rooms are really good; comfortable bed, flat screen tv, balcony, clean bathroom. I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel in the same general area as the Sheraton and Hilton at half the cost. They also have a great deal if you have (like most do) a midnight flight out of half price to stay until 9 pm. Good breakfast, very nice, efficient, friendly staff. Great pool and sauna.
