Great location

I would probably just spend some extra money to stay somewhere that’s nicer with AC, better beds and amenities. And I’m not that picky!

The room was too small and the sink drain in the bathroom was leaking. You could easily hear people foot steps above you in the upper floor at night. One of the staffs wasn’t welcoming at all. He actually seemed very bored and cranky trying to check us in asap and be done with it. Not a nice mood to be in when you welcome somebody. The location was great though.

Staff very helpful and nice. Happy to see an elevator. Location was excellent. The lion monument and the old Swiss house restaurant very close by. There was even a grocery store next door. Walking distance to the bridge and shopping. Would stay here again. We visited in September so the weather was cool. In summer the room could be hot though because there was no air conditioning.

Absolutely delightful! Excellent service, beautiful room, and great location. I will definetely come back.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the station with luggage and central to shops, old town, lake and ferries. There is a sister hotel across the street which appears to be more modern but we were in the older building and although it could do with updating it was fine. Continental breakfast was included and pretty good

A pleasant hotel about 7-10 mins walk from the railway station and close to the old town.I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly consider the next time I'm in Luzern

For the location and view the property was great. The staff were helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We slept well. Street noise was there even on occasion in the early morning hours.

Excellent location. Rooms were clean ( but very warm, thank goodness for the provided fan). Staff were helpful when we needed dinner recommendations . Breakfast was delicious. A very nice stay 😁

Hotel is centrally located walking distance from the train station. Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, sights/attractions. Hotel staff are polite, helpful and professional in dealing with guests. Clean, comfortable room and the hotel has a variety of options on the breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend. Terrible breakfast selection, the worst out of the 6 hotels I stayed while in Switzerland. Rooms are very sparse, NO A/C except for a table fan. We had a newly remodeled bathroom which was nice. Very convenient location.

Our stay was alright. With no aircon and only one tiny fan for three people, it was a bit hot. The hotel definitely shows it’s age a bit, but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not a ton of options.

This place was exactly what we needed! Perfect for an overnight or even a few days. Yes the room is on the smaller side but we never felt squished. Beds and pillows were very basic but we slept just fine on them. If we had time we had room to hang clothes up and a place for our luggage so again small but efficient in the space! The included breakfast was perfect to fill our tummies for the day. You couldnt ask for a better location! Everything was in walking distance and there were delicious cheese pies directly opposite the enterance of the hotel! Overall loved our stay!

Clean, good staff. Block or so from bus stop to rail and bus station. Station walkable but may want to take the bus with luggage. Bus every few minutes, Hotel only a couple of blocks to lake. Small shopping mall very close. No AC which is a common issue in Swiss hotels. Breakfast good but no hot food items. Location busy so good bit of traffic and street noise when you have to leave windows open due to heat. Would stay there again

Great place to stay in Lucerne! It's very close to everywhere you'll want to be-shopping and ferry. Our room was super updated and lovely.
