10/10 loved this resort! We like to come to Cancun once a year and stay at different resorts but we’re for sure booking Hyatt from now on. The staff, food, cleanliness and the whole resort was amazing. The beach club was beautiful and the food was 10/10 the pasta was the best I’ve ever had. Carlos from the beach club was an amazing server!! Will definitely one back hopefully soon again

My only complaint was the lack of dinner reservations availability which was an inconvenience. But overall I would stay again. I enjoyed myself!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and the overall atmosphere was great.

Some of the staff was rude, there was iguana poop on the side walk for days that never got cleaned up, the smoking accommodations were ridiculous. The food was to “fancy” we had to order room service quite a bit because we left dinner starving, and when we did order room service it took 2 hrs to get. When you are in the restaurant it’s ridiculous that the men have to wear tshirts but the women can wear anything they want. The rooms are extremely hot the Air Conditioning is inadequate and once you take a shower the room is just so hot because there is no exhaust. Thank God we brought a table fan.

Adults only was exactly what i needed I had a great time. Carlos makes the best drinks and fabian for upgrade vip was fabulous all the staff was amazing. I’ll be back soon 😁

Beautiful property but everything else need improvement. The lack of food availability was extremely disappointing. The drinks were questionable and inconsistent. The service was decent but not excellent. The ambiance was extremely calm to the point it was almost boring. Overall, I would not book this hotel again.

I loved how relaxing and quiet this resort was. The staff was very friendly and they always had cute activities to do during the day up to the night. The only thing I will complain about is their ceviche got my violently ill I lost a day because I was too busy puking. I think the ceviche didnt sit in the lime long enough and it was raw. Very unfortunate as I was so weak and had to see a doctor after I got home because I continued to be so sick :(

Everything was great! The servive, the staff always so willing to serve, help, and guide you. From Bellboy Francisco, to Michelle and Fernanda at thcheck in and check out. The servers at the restaurants, from Rodrigo to the 3 Eduardos, to Yordi very hard horwing and excellent work ethic and professionalism. The food was exceptional from taste to variety. The drinks were very good as well as the bartenders and servers. Entertainment was good for our liking, Jairo played/performed great music. And I can't forget the lady who makes the omelets,
can't remember her name, but they were soo good. We loved it and we are already planning to go back next year.

This property was new it needs to work out some kinks. Check in was easy. The room was nice and spacious. The food was good make note not all restaurants are open every day. There is no buffet for lunch or dinner, which is a bummer sometimes you just dont want to get dressed for every meal. Lunch there are a few options but all finger food hot dogs hamburgers fries tacos wraps. Oddly the roof top food stops at 430 but the pool doesnt close till 8. The roof top pool is where we spent all our pool time. The only negative about the roof top is the non existsnce of upbeat vacation music. Even when the dj showed up at 6pm it was acoustic music very boring music. Its an adult resort music at all the pools was serene quiet music which in other resorts one pool is quiet the others have upbeat music. Also not many activities, there should be adult games going on all day. Entertainment can use some work. Activities were listed then never happened. Hardly nighttime action the vibes were relaxing most of the time. The singer they had a few nights was excellent and the cello. Staff was nice drinks they need to work on all watered down hardly any liquor no signature drinks offered either. Property was clean and new well taken care of. Beach club was nice food was good their just 5 min away. The inconvenience of having to get a wrist band before jumping on the shuttle was annoying. Overall experience was 3.5 to 4 I expected a little more overall.

Amazing property, amazing staff . Resort can have better food options but it’s all inclusive. Overall definitely will recommend and stay again when property is fully developed.

Just a great place, rooftop pool is great.
The staff is great with one exception of a receptionist whose name I will not disclose.
The food is great too, unfortunately again with one exception at our last night at the Italian restaurant when we waited 45 minutes for our food after having waited 1 hour for the table.
