My husband and I spent 4 nights here during a winter vacation. Cannot beat the location. And the rooms have floor to ceiling windows. Our hotel was clean and modern. Loved the cool lighting. Very spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. This is a lovely and lively part of London. If you’d like quiet, might ask for a room that does not face St Martins Lane. All kinds of folks at the hotel from families to younger folks partying in the area. Several Tube stations nearby. Can get anywhere. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. It was good. Can order whatever you want off the menu or have fruit pasty etc on buffet or both. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel because it is so central. The room we had was spacious and very clean. The hotel is clean throughout. The staff very helpful.
Dowside, dont go if you are wanting an outlook ( we are not particularly worried about that) as I said, it is so near everything. The breakfast are not that great, they don't seem to get it quite right. My breakfast coming at a different time to my partner. Also the selection is not that great. But we still love the hotel.

Everything about our room for the 13 day stay was quite good, one minor exception was the blinds in the window being fixed in different positions.
The bathroom was excellent, with a strong shower, and associated storage being good for our stay.
The room lighting is good and fun, with the colors over the bed. The heating/cooling controls required 4 days of experimentation to partially figure out…a simpler more effective control should be on the to-do list, along with the blinds.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The location was central and easily walkable to a lot of things, especially Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly circus. The stag was amazing and really helpful. The hotel was clean and had provided anything you can need. Would definitely stay again when in London

Pleasant restaurant staff. Good facilities in bedrooms, shame there was no body wash in the shower, it had ran out. Bathrobes and slippers, always a nice touch!
