Sunrise is a nice little sanctuary of a property not far from the evening market. The hotel grounds are well kept and cute. Great pool area, although the pool runs very cold. The rooms were perfect--charming, clean and roomy. The staff are very warm and helpful.

My husband & I stayed at this lovely, peaceful hotel for 2 nights in June 2023. It was in a good central location, close to shops & night markets where the food & drinks were cheap & good. Our hotel room was clean, bed comfy & nice free toiletries. The outside surrounds were beautiful & very well maintained, as was the pool. The included free breakfast was very good with a huge selection of western & Asian cuisine. And the manager was very helpful & couldn't have done more for us.

Amazing staff (always available and supportive). Very good position: you can easily walk around Luang Prabang from this hotel. All the spaces are clean and tidy: rooms, beds, bathrooms, swimming pool. The breakfast could be better. We absolutely recommend this place!

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. The reception was very helpful in booking us scooters and arranging our ongoing transportation. The only issue we had was with the aggressive mosquitoes that were constantly there. It made enjoying the lovely balcony or sitting for breakfast uncomfortable.

非常に綺麗で設備も良いホテルと思ったが3泊目で部屋の金庫から6000バーツ抜かれていた。成田空港のSMBCで両替した封筒の中の3000バーツと財布の中の3000バーツ。 誰が盗んだが分からないがオーナーに伝えたい！ セキュリティを保証出来ないのに金庫を設置するな。 反面、金庫にお金を入れた事が罪を作ったのではと反省している。 それとパスポートとクレジットカードは取られなかった事は本当に良かった。 I thought it was a very clean and well-equipped hotel, but on the third night, 6,000 baht was pulled out of the safe in my room. 3000 baht in an envelope and 3000 baht in a wallet exchanged at SMBC bank at Narita Airport. I don't know who stole it but I want to tell the owner! Don't set up a safe if you can't guarantee security. On the other hand, he regrets that putting money in a safe has made him guilty. It was really nice that my passport and credit card were not taken.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is perfect, so central but two minutes off the noisy and polluted roads of the centre. The staff were amazing, the welcome drink, fruit and recommendations went down a treat. The room was huge, clean, well furnished, with a lovely balcony. The bathroom and shower were large too. Pool was nice with fresh towels, slightly cold and had a noise from an underground box near the entrance. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The location is superb and it is walking distance to most of the attractions in the Luang Prabang city centre; the night market is only less than 5 minute walk.

The hotel location is great as it is within walking distance of most things. It also has free wi-fi, a lovely pool and I found the bed quite comfortable. Reception staff are great and very helpful. What let this hotel down is that they inherently do not have a restaurant but merely an eating area with a very limited morning buffet, which means you need to go to town for the rest of your meals. Extremely annoying but outside the hotel’s control is the noise coming from a new hotel being built on the property next door with the use of electric tools and hammering starting from early morning lasting the whole day.

Relax to stay here. The Staff is nice to give advise in LPQ, although the confused pick up service st first.
