We enjoyed our stay very much. The gentlemen working at the front desk were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable about visiting Venice. The 6:15PM boat ride around Venus was the highlight of the trip. The boat taxi ride at 6:15AM today to the train station was very convenient and enjoyable. My only complaint is from our arrival at the trainstation this morning. A gentlemen helped take the bags off the water taxi. He helped wheel two of them to the front of the train station. I gave him a 10 Euro tip but he demanded more. I was intimidated to give him 20 more Euros but then he demanded another 30 Euros for the 2nd bag. At that point I refused and he walked away. I originally felt 10 Euros was an excellent tip for wheeling 2 bags about 100 feet. I felt the person was a bully and a con artist, and he took advantage of a traveling family. Please warn your hotel guests about this situation you arrange taxi service for them to the trainstation

We would have loved a balcony view but all in all the room was absolutely adorable. The front desk were amazing. The breakfast service was amazing too. The location was the best part. We were walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. Water Taxi dropped us off right in front of our hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. 100%

Very unique and lovely hotel. Elevator broken which made luggage transport to 4th floor challenging. Limited space for people to mingle; bar very small. Location good, however, when tide is high, water taxi can’t get to hotel and many steps over bridges and a bit of a walk while hauling luggage. Staff super helpful!

The concierges were extremely friendly and helpful! We loved taking the water taxi directly to the hotel! The room was perfect for a family of 4! Breakfast was delicious every morning!

Although a bit pricey, this hotel was amazing. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The common areas of the hotel were also spotless and smelled amazing. The staff was great. We loved the breakfast and so did our kids! And the location was amazing, being a five minute walk from Piazza di San Marco.
