Handy for city centre

Great experience, the rooms were clean and quiet, no issues at all. Breakfast was a little pricey for what it is worth (in my opinion), but good nonetheless. I will come back again.

Hotel fine for a one night stay. Staff, bar area and breakfast were great. Room was hot (air con didn't work), lumpy pillows, stained carpet and bathroom area.

Staff are lovely but the hotel needs a revamp. Air condition did not work in both rooms. Marks on most walls. TV outdated. Half the channels missing unable to connect with phone. Hair dryer and iron were in poor condition.

We stay frequently at this hotel, and we much appreciate the value of the location in Coventry, and the adequacy of the facilities in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming in helping us with some requests. The main downside of our room this time is that the water in the sink really doesn't smell good at all - almost has a sewage scent.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was lovely. The only downside was noise. Lots of kids running along corridors, shouting till quiet late and again early in the morning

First room was smelly. Bathroom looked like one from a caravan. The door wouldn't close. The tv screen was cracked. I asked to be give another room which was better but the smell was bad in both rooms. Hotel needs to updated. Has a feel of a youth hostel. Some may argue the price reflects the quality or lack of it….May be so but iv stayed cheaper B&B that wws better in every sense.

TV wasn't set up properly but the staff sorted it out within minutes. Shower could have been maintained better, but everything was clean. Overall the management was average but the staff made up for any failings. Would I stay there again? Yes.

The room was a really good quality and while the air con didnt seem to work very well at all, just brought in our fan and it cooled it down pretty quick (though was also informed i could also have asked for one as could be provided). My main concern however was the bathroom, as when even a small amount of water was on the floor of the wetroom style bathroom it became very hazardous in the direct shower area and when trying to exit the bathroom, as myself and my partner slipped a fair few times causing sore ankles, quite bad bruising to my partners feet and nearly caused to fully slip over in the shower

Had no issues Bathroom really well designed and a power shower that actually works (why can't all hotels do this??) Will stay again
