This is a very old hotel. The staff is friendly and many may find it quant, but it just wasn’t enough to keep us there. The carpet was stained, the water was lukewarm, old tubs, shower curtains….we like more up to date accommodations, and this was far from it. I believe it’s family owned, and I realize they can’t compete with the larger chain hotels. The reviews I saw prior to booking were positive, and the pictures made it look cozy. Sadly, we didn’t get that feel at all when we walked in our room. Because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com), we were unable to get our money back , so be aware of that if you use a third party, although the staff seemed willing to work with us before they realized how we had booked.

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It close to dining but not too close to all the tourists. The beach afea is beautiful too!!

Mattress was a bit to firm sunlight that comes from for window was annoying direct into your face in the early morning and the blind is on the outside of door which is super uncomfortable it was chilly out and not wanting to get up n out to shut it at 6 am

It is a very old and outdated property. A surprising ameninity was having breakfast delivered to room i the morning. Also when making reservation with Hotels.com i was not told of an additional resort fee due when checking in. This fee added the cost i would have payed in a more modern location.

We enjoyed our stay at LA Fiesta, also having a path to the beach was great ,friendly staff with breakfast brought to our room when we wanted it. The only thing I would change is to get better coffee both in the rooms and in the lobby could be much better.

This was a nice quaint hotel. The staff was wonderful, very helpful. It offers breakfast, and it's nice that it's delivered to your room every morning. The breakfast is limited, not much of a selecton, better if they could have given you more options. Beds and pillows are comfy. Only stayed one night, and for one night it was good. Location was good.

The property is only a short walk to the beach. The pool is nice, being heated. There is coffee and tea available in lobby starting before 6am, plus coffee maker in the room. Laura @ check-in was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is room service with a limited selection, it was tasty though. Love, love, love the balconies with oceanview. The suite was roomy and the bed was comfortable, the sleeper sofas not so.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent! Really nice & helpful staff at the front desk. Rooms were very nice, clean, spacious! Easy walk to the beach.

I thought the condo (2 story) with 3 beds would have at least 2 bedrooms, but it was one master and 2 pull out couches in the living room
The free breakfast that is delivered is equivalent to gas station microwave food. I'd rather go down to the lobby and grab my own bagel, yogurt or muffin than wait for 2 maids to deliver it to each room in the resort. When we called the front desk to ask about it the worker was extremely rude and when I walked down there to see if I could just grab my food she was even ruder. She needs to be gone.
The bathroom doorknob practically fell off in my husband's hand and the jetted tub had lots of rust and corrosion.
The only benefit was that we could walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from both balconies. The path to the beach was manageable and the beach was perfect. The free breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.

The best feature of this property is that is right on the beautiful St Augustine Beach.. access to the beach is right at the back of the property with a short walk. The pool area is so well kept! Is a large beautiful area& pool but so quiet and boring. Is covered with plants and not visible at all..is really nice but just missing ambiance and better exposure! The rooms have a very old decor & vibe and that old musty smell that goes away after you get used to it, lol. bathroom space is so small you cannot put belongings. There was only 1 toilet paper roll and one half used! When I called the front desk for paper toilet they said we have to go get it ourselves because the front desk was busy and no one else was available to help! Wow! Breakfast is accommodating if you are in a hurry and want something small that will not fill you up and leaves you with that yuk feeling. Is just a boiled egg with a bagel or toast, a nice muffin &a dry small scone. A tiny orange juice & that’s it! Coffee is self made in room. The hotel feels safe and is easy to park right in front of the property and is a short 15-20 minute drive to the Historic District. I do not plan to stay here again. Even though is at the beach who will come to St Agustine just to be at the beach? Not many. In my opinion is not worth to rent at the beach when Vilano beautiful beach is truly so close to the district & you can rent a nicer hotel with same or cheaper price, a nice breakfast & toilet paper & just drive to beach!
