This is our go to place , great area and lots to do without having to leave building , great for winter staycation

We love staying at club regent. Everyone is slways friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel good. My only negative is the lack of accessible plug ins and the lights are not user friendly ie: no light switches.

Check in agent didn’t release phone even though she put through advance 100.00 on a prepaid room
Incorrect invoice given to me upon check out. Wrong room price and someone else’s credit card.
No one at the desk excrot me either time so it’s not l8me they were busy and over whelmed

The lady at check-in was amazing and the lady at checkout was also amazing and we had breakfast at alto and obviously best breakfast ever

We have stayed here several times. I love the area and often stay near Regent because everything I need is right there. Being attached to the Casino is definitely a bonus.

People were fighting in the hallway all night. Called down to front desk to report. They kept waking me up all hours of the night.

This is a good basic, no frills hotel. Great firm beds and a powerful shower with hot water. I appreciated that there was a mini fridge in the room and the hotel abided by the quiet hours on room floors.

Excellent service. We stayed in room 111 and the fridge sounded like a coffee pot purculating. Was anoying when we were trying to sleep.

We have stayed here before. We got the largest suite with the jetted tub because we were preparing for a wedding and the whole bridal party was able to come do hair and make up and photos together.
