Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and nice rooms. The only comment about cleanliness - bathroom was clean, but needed bleach for mildew stains in grout in tub. Overall, I would stay here again.

Hall and elevator needed vacuuming. Room was slightly musty smelling but clean. Shower doors were crooked. Hotel seemed a little run down. Needed new carpeting and some other updates. Room did not have a microwave as shown in amenities. Breakfast area was clean and staff kept replenishing food. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was good

Our family met there for two nights. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the lobby area has space for families to gather. The kids loved the pool. The staff was great. We were very comfortable. This was our second time here, and probably won't be our last.

The check in was smooth and the receptionist was very kind. They had an amazing breakfast and entry area. Our bathroom was in poor condition with water damage on the bathroom door and wall. I found a dead bug next to my mattress, carpets were dirty, and we were finding hair and black stuff all over our bed. Despite the negatives, I would certainly stay here again.

Clean and accessible.Excellent breakfast and was kept clean and stocked. The lady that was doing so was very helpful and friendly. The dining room was very spacious and clean. Needs Improvement: The shower had quite a bit of pink mold around the case of the shower. One area on the wall by the shower needs to be repaired. The pool looked tired and paint was chipping and the bottom of the pool appeared to need resurfacing.

I requested a room with 2 queens and got a room with a king and a hide-a-bed. We made it work. There was going to be 3 of us and ended up being 2.

My family had a five night stay at this location. The hotel was fine, but a few things could have been better. House keeping only showed up one time (the second day) to see if we wanted any service. The breakfast bar oven was broken so there were limited selections of hot food. If you like turkey sausage you were in luck. For some reason, at night time ,the TV in the room had an auto dim feature that made it really hard to see what was on the screen with no way to disable. Very firm beds.

Everything was great. Check in was fast, convenient parking, front end staff was great (Eva I believe her name was). Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, just wish they had hard wood floors in room.

Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure. Bathroom could use reno - cracked/blackened caulking in thd shower, basin s/b replaced in shower. The door to the first room we were given was coming off at the hinges - difficult to open and close - big security and fire escape hazard. The second room we were given wasnt supplied with sufficient towels for 2 people and clothes were still in the closet from a previous guest, so i wonder if the room had actually been cleaned. We did not receive housekeeping services on our second day. The continental breakfast was lacking, most offerings were empty and just not being replenished in a timely manner. Our room was prepaid but they ran it through our mastercard again and when questioned, they said it shouldnt post, but to call them back if it did. Really? This place has just declined in reputation over the last few years.

This place was great. The staff is super friendly and seemed to take pride in helping customers. The facility seems to be fairly new and is well taken care of.

Check-in was quick, staff was pleasant Riom was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast choices were good as was the coffee. Did not need more.
