The bed was upposed to be a queen, seemed like just a full, mattress was so stiff as well as just the only 2 pilliows in the room. Tv was tiny, Best thing was the AC worked great. I honestly dont ever complain about a room but this room was just tiny and uncomfortable for the 187$ i paid for about a 8 hourr stay.

Front desk checkin lady was very rude to me. Room was fairly clen but small bug nats around the bathroom sink. They made their way around the bathroom and ceiling. Not enough lights in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. My room smelt like dog.

Both the sink and the tub plumbing was backed up and drained very slowly. By the time I finished a shower the water was ankle deep

Not bad for an overnight stay. Besides the trash pile near the elevators and the piss filled cup I saw outside someone’s room it wasn’t bad

The staff was vacuuming the hallway at 9 pm, staff was loud and obnoxious throughout the night

Very clean and very nice. Staff friendly. No pool, but waterways are a short distance. Close to Wentworth Douglass Hospital Clinics. Only had coffee in the morning

What I didn't like about it was the lobby smelled of dog feces, one of the hallways smelled like cat urine, and I couldn't step out of my room without the hallway or elevator smelling of weed. Not one to step on toes on how people want to live, I just don't need to smell it every second.

The person who checked us in was lovely and was quick to help when we couldn't get into our room because the door was stuck so tightly neither my husband nor I could open it. The same was true for the bathroom door which couldn't be fully closed. I am not a fan of toilet seats without lids. The bath tub was slipper and no rubber mat provided. The room lacked insulation and the elephant in the room above us tramped around all night. The AC temp couldn't be adjusted. There were no USB ports -- a now standard feature in other hotels. We will not repeat this visit.

While the staff (and other guests) were very nice, the property felt so dirty. My room smelled musty and moldy. There was possibly mold around a vent on the ceiling (blackish brown substance). The bedside floating shelf had something sticky on it, with a stain from a drink next to that. There was hair on it, and some more on the bed. I was excited to leave the next morning. The only thing I liked about the room was the mattress, which was very comfortable.
