We stayed for two nights, the hotel is very well located and the price was affordable. Unfortunately, the building is poorly maintained, the room was very small with a small fridge and a microwave, the bed sank in the middle and it was impossible to sleep, there was no coffee maker, it looked dirty, the next morning we went to the reception to make a coffee and the coffee machine was broken, not to mention the appearance of the reception. I am a positive person and I have read negative reviews but they turned out to be exactly the truth. A shame because a well-maintained hotel would be beautiful.

Owner/employee not attending front desk as listed hours unattended, bed bug in room on first morning waking up, did not get parking pass from anyone for 24 hrs after arriving and go two parking citations, had negative experience with employee and bed bugs and owner does not offer refund for a major issue such as bugs, dirty rooms, outside of building was very dirty cobwrbs etc very unclean will NEVER stay there again, i recommend noone does unless you want bugs or mahor issues with the stay and staff

Property was very dark and dingy, rented a room for 4 night and didnt even stay there, there was zero staff that you could contact, key was left in an envelope.

There was a booking error that happened and upon trying to cancel this day, the owner was unresponsive and did not allow a refund. did not stay at this location, but the customer service part of this transaction was bad business

Parking in rehoboth has changed not in favor of the visitor,limited parking compared to people volume.Over the years staying here the owner is inconsistent to understand.
