The hotel is very good! The staff is very polite and helpful. Jimmy took care of our luggage and explained everything to us; he was very attentive and a lovely person! The bar staff, especially Gabriel and Óscar, were also very polite and attentive. The food is very good! Breakfast is okay, nothing special. There aren’t many restaurants, and although they advertise an Italian restaurant, it’s located at the other unit, so you have to take a bus to get there! However, the entertainment part is terrible—there are no activities, and instead of music, there's bingo by the pool every day. There are no shows at night, not even ambient music by the pool. On Saturday, there was NOTHING happening at the pool; it was a lifeless day! They don’t care about entertainment at the pool. If you're looking for a calm place with no noise, this is it! But if you’re looking for some fun, you won’t find it there!it is a quite place!

Out lamp was broke in our room but other than that everything was great. Alberto in the dining area and Oliver out at the pool were very efficient and helpful.

Stayed at the royal sands for 4 days and it was the best weekend of my life! The all inclusive package was too good to be true. Unlimited choices of food beverages & alchohol, staff was always ready to help! Omar at d conceige helped arranged my transport kept in touch with me till I arrived… the pool bar was amazing., the menus changed everyday I would be going back with my kids, forgot to mention that it’s also very kid friendly can’t wait to go back💯

LET'S START: THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, THE BIG BAD THING IS THE EXTRA CHARGES THAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR NATIONAL PRODUCTS, AFTER PAYING $2700 FOR MY ROOM FOR 5 DAYS HOW ARE THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA CHARGES FOR A CAN OF NATIONAL BEER IN THE POOL, IT WAS $4 FOR A CORONA BEER AND IN THE RESTAURANT I WANTED TO EAT LAMB RIBS AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $25, SO DO NOT PUT ANY MORE THAN THIS HOTEL IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE, BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY AND LOOK CLOSELY AT THIS COMPLAINT THAT I AM MAKING ..... THIS HOTEL IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE ........

I love this place , food is amazing , specially hacienda sisal .. staff is really good , villas are amazing and is a very very clean resort, cant wait to come back soon ! Love Mexico ! ❤️

I would definitely come back to this place. Front desk and tours staff were very nice the whole time.

We love the location of the hotel. Service is excellent. It really felt like a vacation as we don’t have to worry about anything. All we need is readily available. The dinner with a show is a plus for some cultural experience.

It changed a lot since last time we were there

Bed bugs! The staff are mostly excellent, the food good, and the facilities meet all expectations. No notable facilities within walking distance outside the resort itself, though the east-facing layout has all of the classic advantages of this part of the Cancun Hotel Zone. But the elephant in the room. We get it - bed bugs happen. It's the staff's flippant attitude and poor handling of the situation that makes it a bigger deal than it should be. A replacement room was not offered until explicitly requested. The original room was claimed to have been treated and the sheets replaced. There was heavy pressure to return to the previous room as quickly as possible, directly after treatment with no alternate room provided, then also with an alternate room provided. The treatment smelled strongly of orange, but did not rectify the infestation, nor meaningfully reduce its impact. No additional neighboring units were treated, and additionally only part of the original room was treated, ignoring all seating and the murphy beds outside of the main bedroom. No laundry services were offered, and a plastic bag to sequester potentially infested clothing on the return trip was strangely hard to get. No compensation was offered. This series of events strongly color what would otherwise have been an excellent stay. A professional and effective solution to the problem could have been another feather in their cap. But sadly, if such a problem strikes, you may as well be on your own.

Other than limited restaurants at the resort, we thought everything was great! The Italian Buffet fell short of our hopes and expectations but we made it work. Everything was quality and everyone was so friendly.

It's a beautiful looking resort with beautiful rooms. Very clean and staff are friendly and polite all around. Pools were clean and have swim up bars. Beach was nice but had seaweed issue one day of our stay. My major issue is when we arrived. After a long flight, waiting in customs, waiting for our ride, this lady named Mar escorted us to our room. She was trying to upsell us on excursions and such. We told her we are tired and hungry and don't want to discuss this rn, but she didn't care - was legit there for AT LEAST 20 min. We didn't get our bags delivered to our room until she called for it...it felt like a time scam. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. After she left we went to get eat. Overall, it was not good. My kids love hot dogs but these did not taste good, nor did the nuggets as they were clearly unseasoned. There is a lack of options, maybe 5 entree and 5 appetizer items per menu. Most of the options were bland and lacked Mexican authenticity we were looking for. Drinks were a bit watered down and lacking creativity. Breakfast at La Veranda was pretty good as there was a wide variety of things to choose from, buffet style. The only restaurant that was good was the Hacienda but it's only for dinner and you need to have a reservation. Lastly, after every meal, they ask for you room card. While this is an all-inclusive resort, they give you a receipt with $0 and a line for tip on. It felt expected by everyone, from bartenders to waiters.

The place was so clean the food was so yummy. The service was excellent and the pool was so Clean, I love this place when I go Back to Cancun I will go there again ❤️

Great customer service and everything but they need more selections of the restaurants in that same location.

Property is conveniently located and it is perfect for a family vacation, as it has entertainment for children and lists of activities, as well as a water park.

They shoul have more fun activities for long hours and pool cup it should be more nice like the resort , after this is a 10/10 Fabulous 👌
