the odor of cleaning solutions knocked me over, hard to sleep with those fumes in the air

We came to shop at the outlet mall and this hotel was very close to all the stores. My son enjoyed the pool. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We will stay here again

Tub was backed up. Moved to a new room and shower head was spraying all over the bathroom from where it screws. Waited forever for someone to help us. Sink in bathroom had a 5 gallon bucket under and leaked all over. Shower was dirty and towels had dark long hair in them. I get that they look like they are try to refurbish it. But they should have started with the plumbing.

The room was nice. The shower/tub was nice besides the bugs I had found initially in there. The beds weren’t very comfortable but good for the price we paid. I found a couple cockroaches throughout my room, but clearly you get what you pay for. Pool was nice!

My stay at America’s best hotel in Napa was Pleasant. The hotel is older, from the seventies.

The bed was the only good feature in our room - it was firm yet soft and we got a good night's sleep. Other than that, the condition of the room was terrible. The soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. There was no stopper in the sink, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and the toilet seat cover had only one bolt holding it on. We arrived late at night after an international flight so fell into bed and didn't notice all the problems until morning. The room was clean with good linens, but it was unbelievable to us that the management had seemingly not noticed or done anything about these gross deficiencies, and that they would rent out the room in this condition as it seemed that there there were many other available rooms. Definitely a NO recommendation.

Not sure if some units are lived in. Missing lightbulbs. Screens broken. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Pillows were not made for beds. Some insects on the bed. Clumps of dirt and grass on the floor. The walkway on the second florr was spongy, rotton plywood. It was quiet though.
