The decor in this hotel is out of this world!! Everything is stunnning, rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the stores are fun to browse. I would highly recommend the copper cafe, food was delicious and portions were hefty.
Unfortunately, I cannot fully recommend the steak house. We had a party of three all order different meals, including a steak, and none of them were worth the price. The food was not great.

Never really planned on staying here but so glad we did. I guess i thought of it as a relic of days gone by. Was i mistaken. It is a beautifully maintained property with so many amenities. After being here am hour we added another day to our stay.
And the steakhouse offered a better dinner than Harris Ranch where we ate on the way down

Really enjoyed my stay at the Madonna Inn. The property larger than I expected, the rooms, restaurants, and grounds are so unique and kitschy. Our room was comfortable and the heater/ac worked well. Only complaints were that our room was so close to the room next to us we could hear them partying until midnight, there aren't elevators so I had to carry my luggage up a couple sets of stairs, and one day the hot water worked great and the next day barely at all.

Highly overrated. Resort fee was excessive for things we couldn't use due to physical conditions. Property was unique but not exceptional for the price.

We stayed at the Madonna inn on our way down and back up from socal. It’s a very unique and fun property with an awesome pool (nice and warm!), great friendly customer service, and quirky charm (beats a best western!).

The Madonna Inn is always quirky fun, and the rooms are a delight, as is the restaurant. We were there on a Saturday, so a noisy wedding party ended up in the room above us making quite a racket until about 2 a.m. The parking lots are very big, but there aren't enough marked spaces for the number of guests they host (this is the second time we've noticed this). There are about 20 Tesla chargers, but only 2 for non-Tesla vehicles, which meant I had to charge my car off site (a 10-minute walk late at night and early in the morning). Could they get more non-Tesla chargers?

Swiss Chalet was dated ! Needs carpet replaced ! Other than that it was quiet and room was easily accessible ! Staff was great !

We have been coming here to celebrate our anniversary for many years. The room is dated which I understand but closet doors were loose, dresser drawers would not open smoothly and water temperature was lukewarm in the shower and sink. The area behind the room was dirty with empty liquor bottles, doesn't look anyone does any gardening work around the property. Front desk clerk was very rude and although the room had been cleaned he made us wait for 15 minute after check in time.
