Just returned after a 3 nights very memorable stay at Marriott Kochi. Lovely spacious room, immaculately clean bath and toilet. Great breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant Kochi Kitchen. Special mention of outstanding service:
At reception by Akash and Meenu.
Housekeeper on floor 22- Aasman.
Outstanding service team at Kochi Kitchen led by Rinoy Mathew, Anil and team.

The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout.
The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar.
If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however.
I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

The property is amazing, needs better cafe as it is right next ro reception and it stays very busy and noisy all the time due to corporate functions and other guests.
