The customer service was incredible. Every single employee was friendly and helpful every single time. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. I have high standards, so that is saying a lot. I liked the location close to the airport, though the surrounding area is not the prettiest. I was very pleased with my stay here.

The prettiest hotel with the loveliest staff. We were there getting ready for a wedding and the staff knew what the purpose was and made the Bride's stay extra special by really paying attention to the details. From the welcome to the quick response to room cleaning. And even offered to use another untouched room for photos. Great experience and fabulous stay.

Booked this stay with Versante because we wanted a high quality hotel with food and beverage. Versante does this with excellent service in a very nicely appointed hotel. We had some issues with access to some TV shows and their maintainence man Pushpinder came to our room and worked things all out for us with a great respectful demeanor. Can’t recall the last time we had such pleasant staff serving us in a hotel. Food was good and had some different local offerings. Beds were grand after sleeping in a small box in our Norwegian cruise ship previous week. Shuttle staff were timely and polite as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Close to the airport as well which certainly helps on timing to your flight.

Hotel is excellent. Parkade is terrible and confusing.

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay except our room was next to staff room which was was kind of noisy in the morning. .Nice room and big bathroom. The house keeper Peggy did wonderful job to keep our clean and neat.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic the staff is at this hotel. The front desk, the restaurant staff, and the valet went above and beyond! We would definitely book here again!!

Great property. Excellent accommodations and excellent in house restaurant. Very extensive wine list and the food was excellent. Waiters were top notch and staff overall were very attentive. The location is 5 minutes from airport but no airport noise in rooms. Very quiet. Highly recommended if flying out of Vancouver airport.

In the heart of Richmond, close to the night market and everything you need in Richmond. However the staff and reception aren’t very useful. We didn’t know what to do with our car when we arrived as there was no one outside. We asked about how to charge our Tesla. Reception did not inform us there was a 4 hrs charging limit and we were told to move the car in the middle of the night. Also the room was pretty noise as the hotel is near the airport. Wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and carpet under the bed frame was very dirty. Overall I don’t think this is a good value hotel in Richmond as the price is higher than others

I arrived at the property with my Thule storage rack making it so my car wouldn't fit in the garage. The staff were very accommodating, coming up with solutions i was comfortable with, and we ultimately decided to keep it in the little storage closet they had for emergencies. This could have been a disaster, and it was mitigated beautifully! Thank you!

Staff are amazing and love the rooms and outdoor pool. Very close to train for downtown.
