My stay at Hyatt centric was exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for dining, every interaction was attentive and thoughtful. The concierge even remembered our preferences and had a surprise thank you dessert. Truly outstanding service!" My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Aayush in the restaurant was extremely helpful and he took care of us every day. He provided s outstanding service and made us feel at home. He is very professional and knows his business very well. He went all out to help us.

Only had a one night stay, but this is a very stylish and well designed hotel.
Only thing is the pool doesn't really get any sun, do dont expect to top up your tan!

Hi for this trip I go with my family and book suit we have one newborn with us once we check in we went for shopping after we come come we found lot of ants in our room bed we bit diappoiuwith the situation later he change the room but is really scary if any ants bite newborn we don’t know how we handle that situation we want to address the issue by management specially when you pay extra for suit

Hyatt Centric was very well maintained and well appointed. It is modern and the room is very clean and presentable with ethnic furniture that enhanced the decor. The room had very good quality things making it very comfortable
