This is a great hotel that makes the city easily walkable. Staff was great, delicious breakfast, and clean and quiet.

Well sized room and bathroom in a great location close to Bryggen and other points of interest. It was nice having windows we could actually open for some fresh air. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.

Room was so small, no room for suitcase. Luckily it fit under the bed. Two pillows only. No washcloths provided, and only one bath towel and one handtowel. Tiny bathroom sink, so water spilled onto floor every time i used. Good breakfast, but caused extreme GI issues. Second day, i avoided the salmon and pate that wasnt kept cool. No problems then. Great location, helpful staff

Location was the best for walking to funicular, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Bryggen historic area. Hotel staff Sirene was our favorite and the breakfast was yummy!

I recently stayed at Bergen Harbour Hotel, WorldHotels Crafted, and found the experience to be a bit underwhelming and disappointing.
Firstly, we had booked and paid in advance for a standard room 16sq metres as advertised. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were allocated a smaller room approximately 11 square metre and if you include the very small bathroom an additional 2.88 sq metres. There was a large window with no blinds, and the ceiling was slanted, so that getting out of the bed on one side, I had to bend my head, otherwise my head would have hit the slanted ceiling.
We immediately raised this issue with the hotel staff and spoke to the manager and requested to be moved to the larger room as per our reservation, that is 16 sq metre, standard room. Unfortunately, despite our request and presenting our booking details, the hotel refused to honour the reservation or offer us the correct room. They did offer a superior room but we would have had to paid the additional cost, we decline the offer as did not want to pay extra. All we wanted was the standard room that we had reserved.
Another disappointment was the Breakfast. The selection was limited, and the quality of what was available left much to be desired. For example, the scrambled eggs were lukewarm, which is never a good start to the day.
The receptionist had a brusque demeanour, and made our stay less warm and inviting. While the location is excellent, there is room for improvement in customer service.

It was a great location, minutes from Bryggen and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have AC and Bergen was having an unusual heatwave. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.

The Norwegian breakfast was amazing. It offered something for everyone. It was top notch quality.
Check in was easy and staff was helpful to orient me to the area. Also front desk assisted me in calling a taxi for transport to airport.

Since I had a single room it was very very small. It would have been better with a Murphy bed for the size. The staff and breakfast were very good and location is optimal.

Great service. Very friendly, helpful & very good breakfast. Rooms were so clean and everything looked new and clean. By the harbor & 15 min easy walk from train station. Quiet and comfortable.
