I had an excellent 4-day stay at this hotel in Singapore, and I can't recommend it enough! and it truly deserves to be recognized as the best airport hotel in Asia! The location is fantastic, especially with the iconic Jewel just a short walk away – a visit there is an absolute must. The convenience of transport to the city is another highlight; it’s easy to explore Singapore's attractions with minimal hassle.
The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. My room was comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

Always love a night here enroute to UK. A great place to break a journey and really have a delightful experience in beautiful hotel.
Disembark your flight and 10 minutes later you’re at the hotel checkin and ready for an excellent experience in a hotel where service and everything about the place is always top.

This hotel was overpriced for what it was. The room was dated and much of the furniture looked tired and banged up. The lines just to check in were so long and at times only 1 person was at the front desk. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find in the airport. Overall, this hotel got the job done for a long layover but it was nothing special and not a place I would return to or recommend to others.

Was easy to get to and was very modern. Service staff (everyone we dealt with) were fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food. Our server Marlon was great.

Had a room with a runway view. Fun to watch the planes land and take off from the room. Easy access to Jewel and airport terminals from here.

Great location, right at the Singapore Changi airport. Lots of activities and shopping just a walk out train ride away.
I also used Singapore MRT to g go to Chinatown. Very convenient.

A very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. The room was immaculate and large. We really enjoyed our down time at the bar that had very generous happy hour. We also enjoyed dinner that night in the Italian restaurant. We would definitely recommend this location.

The staff was amazing very helpful the concierge staff very knowledgeable I utilized their services a lot. Amazing bathroom amazing view. My favorite the outdoor rooftop pool and the breakfast in the mornings. On check out day I did check out early to give the cleaning crew some time to get the room ready for the next guest. I was hanging out in the lobby after breakfast awaiting for my scheduled shuttle service. I was approached by a very aggressive security guard not cool. I’m glad I have a calm demeanor because this individual was very aggressive with his behavior very rude wanting to create drama where it need not be. I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt that he had me mixed up with someone else. I had a three day stay so I’m sure my image was all over their security cameras. He insisted that someone had flagged me and called security he never really explained why my guess that person felt threatened by the presence of a black woman. If so that may be I was not the one. Even though I experienced the incident I enjoyed my stay but I would caution on racial profiling even in Singapore so sad.
