A few years ago I stayed at the holiday inn that is right across from the Hampton inn and I liked that there was a couple restaurants on the same lot (a Chili's and a Denny's) that offer room service to the hotel. This time around I decided to try the Hampton since I had my wife and kids with me. I got a room with 2 queen size beds and I noticed immediately that I only had 2 towels in the bathroom. I called the service desk to get a couple more and they said they would send them up. They never did. When I took a shower, I noticed the bathroom needed some work. The shower head was not adjustable, and in poor shape. The water pressure was fine but it has a tub shower instead of a walk-in, so it's narrow and the drain is very slow. To be honest I feel like this place is overpriced and there's better local options. The only appeal to it is the "name" and convenience of being close to the airport but like I said, there's better options for a lower price.

I called the desk twice and the connection was terrible, I kept repeating over and over what the issue was but no luck. No one bothered to call back or come check if there was an issue. I decided to shower anyway and then noticed there were hairs ALL OVER THE WALL. That shower was never cleaned. So gross. I would post pictures but coincidently, it won't allow me.

Don’t count on the shuttle. It only fits four people and only goes to the airport every 30 mins. Of a slots are covered, you don’t have airport transportation. Call before you book. We had to get an Uber. It had a strong smell and the furniture is beat up.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!

Beds are super comfortable, however queen bed only had 3 small pillows. The bed skirts were dragging on floor and super wrinkled. The worse was the toilet. I flushed thinking it was brown water, however, it was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, I put soap in and flushed multiple times, most of brown washed out. Maybe room had been abandoned?
