I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and it was a great experience! The location is right in the heart of a vibrant and busy area, with shopping malls and a variety of restaurants just a short walk away. Despite the bustling surroundings, the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

There's several to like and a few development areas to work on - so i will start with improvement areas: (1) In-room dining requires plenty of patience, we tried for 20-30 mins, nobody answers the call even. (2) Service at the executive lounge is not at par with competitors - while there are a few people, the accessibility to individuals available to support you is even more rare. (3) Airport transfer arrangement - be willing to part with your credit card information via unsecured means - email - and they will ask for it to guarantee your pick up even after you have fully paid the hotel for your stay.
There are plenty to like as well - (1) location is the best esp if you plan to catch a show at Araneta + proximity to plenty of food options. (2) Room is in good condition, better than expected vs the brand - we got the exec suite (3) check-in is within expectation, spa is good

That was the 5th time my wife stayed there and it was always a pleasure for her. It's one of her favorite hotel to stay at. Room is always clean and perfect size, customer service was fantastic, staff were accommodating from the guards to the hotel staffs, breakfast were delicious and always fresh, fast internet too. Will always come back here whenever my wife needs to be around that area.

Nice interior and friendly staff. The booking for the hotel though was bad. I selected on expedia smoking room but they don't even have smoking rooms. False advertisement. The pool was very strict with swimming attire, only spandex or swimming trunks. No cotton allowed. The food service was super bad. Ordered the all meat pizza. It came in cold or preheated on the microwave. The taste was terrible. Whoever reads this just find a another hotel to stay, only stay for the conveniency.

The Food Exchange once offered much better food, and the hot water in the rooms is now spotty at best. Overall, the place is starting to show its age.
Despite these issues, the service remains top-notch for the most part. I also appreciate that the hotel security is strict about who comes and goes, which adds a layer of safety.
I would still recommend this place due to its value and proximity to the mall and coliseum. The area may not be the nicest or cleanest, but you can't go wrong if you need to be in the Cubao, Quezon City area.
