Hotel was great overall. The only complain is that the a/c unit was not actually cooling the room to the temperature it was set to. So it was a lot hotter than it showed.

Place was fine. I wish I had a better view other than the side of a parking garage or air handler unit. Table game staff were very friendly and helpful with the games. Overall I would definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

For the price, it's really nothing special. $500 per night, with the resort fee and valet. Dirty glasses all over the hallways, elevator and elsewhere. Service was great at the front desk, restaurants and bars.

Couldn’t find way in to hotel. Wasted 45 minutes driving around. Very frustrating.

Huge rooms and superb if you get one with a riverview. Sleek and contemporary decor throughout the hotel / casino.

I have never slept on more comfortable hotel bed and pillow ever before. Saw Michael Bublé at the Colosseum and it was excellent. Only holds 5000. So very intimate setting. Hotel was spotless.

I would have given it a 5 star but when we arrived 10 minutes before 3:00 we were told there would be an “early check-in” charge. All that did was create a large line of people waiting to check-in at 3:00. You would think they’d want people checking in quickly & off spending money on the property? Otherwise everything was awesome. Great place to see a show, lots of dinner options, the bar had live music later on, free parking & obviously the casino. You don’t even need to leave the building to have a really fun night. I’d book it again for another concert or show but it didn’t start out that way.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We were there for two nights, never saw or heard a guest in the hallways, we found it very quiet which was great for sleep. The bathrooms were very clean, the only issue was the shower pressure but I consider that minor in the overall great stay we had. It would be nice for a 24 hour food service outside of Tim Hortons, we came in late from an event and there were no options

Not enough restaurants to order good breakfasts and dinner to balance with the sandwich shops.

I always stay at the casino when I’m In Windsor. I won’t stay again primarily due to behaviour of Brian the assistant manager. When is said I was very disappointed that the non smoking room I stayed in smelled like an ashtray he insisted that I pay his resort fee. He decided it was better to argue about it and say” the customer is not always right, that’s an OLD thing”. I reminded him the customer is always right because he won’t my $500 next year. Great job Brian, all you had to do is apologize for the disgusting state of your room. By the way the lady behind me in line mentioned she experienced the same problem. Maybe you’re upset because you work for an organization that has a problem and doesn’t deal with it. Whomever taught you the customer is not always right should be fired along with you.

Excellent spot for family nite out

Hotel was OK. Poor room allocation. Roof view city side. Most importantly, room was not made up while we stayed 2 nights. We understand that sheets and towels do not need to be changed daily. Making the bed and turn down should be, especially when paying that king of money. Close to 600$ for 2 nights.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were very clean. It was difficult to find where valet and check in was but once found all was good.
