The wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The Omni gave us a complimentary cake and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was friendly and helping. Checking in was a breeze. The room itself was clean and nice. I will definitely be coming back and i recommend staying at the Omni if you will be in Fort Worth.

Requested a room on highest floor available and received the top floor. Beautiful view. Quiet, far from elevators. Room is immaculate, clean, comfortable. Walked around the property. Very nice gym located on the 3rd floor. Also up scale Mokara Spa and outdoor pool. Bob’s Steak and Chop House on Lobby floor along with Whiskey & Rye bar where I got a good chicken Chef’s salad and took to my room.

Excellent location with comfortable bed and quiet room despite the hotel being very busy. Walking during the day is safe, although I wouldn't walk alone at night since it's located at the edge of downtown. There are plenty of restaurants available within walking distance. Expect to pay for parking which is expensive in my opinion. There are other options close by, so check around if you're not going to be using your car much.

Perfect place for a staycation with my teen. LOVE the roaring, inviting fire in the lobby welcoming guests. The pool is not heated like it says online but the spa was nice. My favorite thing was the bathrobe in the room!

Amazing experience! Clean from valet to lobby to room. Staff went out of their way to take care of us! I would definitely stay here again. Exceeded our expectations. I’m now an Omni fan!

Everything was great. We travel a lot and have learned that the more expensive the hotel, the less free stuff you get. However, we were pleasantly surprised at this high end hotel that provided free water and a refrigerator. Not typical of high end hotels

Rooms are over-priced for what they offer. We were out of the room by 10am and returned around 4pm with room not being serviced.

When I arrived on Friday night there were food trays and dishes outside the room next to mine. It had not been cleaned up by Monday morning, so I mentioned it to the front desk. It was eventually picked up. Housekeeping did not clean my room on the day before I checked out. Over all the hotel was unsatisfactory, so I will not recommend it.

It's felt old, but otherwise it was fine. Fairly clean, the staff was helpful.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff were very friendly. I was particularly grateful to Julia Lopez and the housekeeping staff and Larry from lost and found. I left a pair of pants in the room and they found them and returned them very very quickly. Larry was particularly patient throughout the process and made sure I was well taken care of. He went above and beyond to help.

Loved this hotel. Nicer than the pictures. Their restaurants have quality food. Staff is amazing. They let us stayed a few hours past our check out. Will definitely stay here again.
