4 points has a habit of double charging you when you book through hotels.com etc. I am no longer interested in staying at their location's.

The website said mini fridge, clock, radio, HBO, and WI-FI included. Room had none of the above except WI-FI, but the WI-FI was not secure so you couldnt access any sites. Stay away from this hotel. Total rip off.

There was a roach. I found a roach in my duffel bag after staying here. I will never stay there again. I deep cleaned my house because I was afraid that the one I found was not the only one.

This property is in a great location! However, I had terrible experience here. Stayed there for two nights with kids. Unfortunately, the property is managed poorly. First, I find a used condom under the cushion of the chair. Second, when I reported it they took 4 hours to come and clean it despite telling them we had kids in the room. Third, the staff responded like she gives a damn and it’s not a big deal. Finally, the cleanliness is very questionable. Every time, I walked in the lobby there was spillage of water or something on the floor that was being cleaned but they were doing it at all the exit points with power cables, tubings etc laying around which made going in and out and moving luggage safely a difficult job. Would Understand if if is once but it was going on for about 6-7 hours.

New manager and it shows! Great staff for morning and evening evening shifts very accommodating very customer service orientated. The pool and hot tub lead a little work as it relates to getting it cleaned otherwise a great stay.

The shower had someone else’s hair on the wall, there was a pad wrapper inside of the cushion of the chair and my son had found it. The room smelt nice but overall cleaniness id give it a 5/10

Nice, modern property. Well kempt. TV didn't work. It was stuck on the hotel advertising channel and the remote only worked to turn the TV on and adjust the volume. We called guest services for help and were told that engineering was off that day and they'd send someone up but there was no guarantee they'd be able to fix it. They never sent anyone. We also called the front desk to ask about how to get ice and they explained there is an ince machine on each floor. The issue is that we didn't have an ice bucket in our room. They said they'd send someone up to bring us one and again, no one came. The property itself is nice but the service is lacking.

We always choose this place for a few reasons: it is close to where my family lives and we visit quite often from San Francisco, it is close to good dining, it's in a safe area, and it is pet friendly. The staff makes all of us --- including our fur baby --- feel welcome. The room is always clean and well appointed. Our only complaint during this current stay was the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud - So loud that we cannot hear the television. We had to turn on closed captioning, otherwise we'd have to put the TV on full volume and risk disturbing our neighbors late a night. This won't prevent us from booking at this hotel in the future. The pros definitely outweigh this one small con.

I would have given 5 stars, but, I was in room 126. The bathroom in 126 looked as though it was being worked on. The cocking around the shower was a mess. Otherwise the property was very clean, attractive and friendly staff. And dog friendly.

The Staff was really Amazing. Although our room wasn't cleaned the day before we left. Also, there was no chest of drawrs. There was one outsde the room but none in the room.
