Older building so a bit cold and damp. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Street parking only but we walked everywhere so only parked once.

A+++ Stay. Wonderful hosts, excellent location, large clean room, quiet location and amazing breakfast. Parking directly out front on the street. Very clean room and bathroom. The host were the best -" AMAZING". Walkable to all the historic sites and walled city. I would return again. 10 +++/ AAA+++ stay . Daniel - USA

My experience was average overall.
The host was not immediately available and moderately welcoming. I feel that the property didn't reflect the cost of the room. I had great difficulty getting the room key to unlock the door from the inside. Breakfast was more than adequate and the ladies preparing and serving the meal were quite friendly and accommodating.

What great hosts Séamus & Helen…warm & friendly! Tips for what to see & do in Derry were really useful. Location is excellent; very close to the city walls and the heart of the city and of course situated in the Bogside with such a tale to tell. Spaghetti House to eat and Peadar O’Donnells for a Guinness were great recommendations. I’ll be back!

Nice service, centrally located, good beds and shower. I would definitely recommend this place. Breakfast was an excellent start of the day!!

The owners were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was adequate and the location convenient for city sightseeing. I would recommend viewing area of B&B prior to booking.

Amazing staff, Helen and Ellie were brilliant. Couldn't fault this place. Great location, clean and comfortable property, great food but most of all great craic. We will definitely be back.

The B&B is located great to get to the centre
If you want to visit the city Murals they are on your doorstep
Parking on the street was no issue
And Shamus and the team look after you breakfast was great

Good breakfast, good service, only drawback was that no one was in the building if you needed them.

Horrible place! The place was not clean, especially the bathroom, and there was a very strong burnt smell in the room. The towels all smelled of cigarette smoke. When we complained about the burnt smell, the manager/owner changed our room but he wasn't happy about it! The location is good, but there are dozens of other B&Bs on the same street, no need to stay here.
