Cleanliness - trash under sink area was obviously missed by cleaning crew
Cleaning staff - knocked on door at 9:30 am, we told them we were not going to be gone until closer to 12:00, we called front desk to tell them as well, another knock at 10:30am, told them as well and realized we were at fault for not putting the placard on the door knob.

They wouldn’t honor the breakfast that I paid hotels.com to have included and charged me after I ate. They wouldn’t call expedia or make any effort to honor the breakfast after I even showed them the email confirming.

Where do I begin! From the moment we arrived, we felt so special. We were kindly greeted within 5 seconds of walking through the doors by the lovely Ms. Helena. The Westin is an amazing hotel and Helena made us feel like we belong there-which is not always the case at some hotels. Unfortunately our visit was quite short, but Helena made sure to tell us about all the amenities and the focus on wellness. The rooftop pool was my favorite part of this hotel, it was so relaxing. We also appreciated feeling safe. Using your key card to enter after hours and to use the elevators added an extra level of security that hopefully all hotels will implement. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close to shopping and restaurants. As a plant mom, it was heavenly to be surrounded by so many beautiful and well maintained plants throughout the hotel.
Our room was marvelous. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. We loved all the little touches like lavender by the bedside, bathroom robe, complementary water, and makeup cloths. We can’t wait to return to spend more time enjoying this wonderful hotel. My one wish is that Helena will be there to welcome us. In a world where kindness and genuineness is becoming scarce, Helena went above and beyond to make our short stay perfect.
