Will definitely stay here again! New rooms in hotel are amazing and spacious. Clean! We had an issue with our initial room next day we were moved and upgraded to a newly renovated room which met our needs. However it is a maze to get to the other side of the hotel especially rooms on floors 6-9.

The bedroom was cleaned supposedly, but the bedlinnen and especially the pillows had a dingy smell, like it was previously used. There was a layer of dust on the TV console, also a sign of the room not being cleaned properly. The one thing about the hotel that ruined it for me is the bed. Low quality matras, pillows that flatten when you put your head on it. We all had the worst sleep on these beds. Other than that, all good.

The room was very dark and I had to wait an hour to get some shampoo. There were no shelves in the shower, so you had to put all your things on the floor, which was cumbersome. The breakfast was wonderful and I guess made up for the so-so room.

Perfect location, easy to find. Bus stop to the airport right outside (piazza). Good breakfast. The guy in reception was very helpful and serviceminded.

Great staff make you feel thoroughly welcome, amazing AI system to assist you, brilliant location right in the centre of Eindhoven, enormous room with a terrific view and huge windows that went across the entire wall. I was truly delighted with all aspects of this hotel stay. Next time I'm in Eindhoven, this will be my immediate choice of hotel. This really is what all hotel stays should be!

I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again.

Nice hotel, looked exclusive. But the design of the room and the layout with seperate bathroom and toilet was outdated. Missing information in the room about breakfast times, roomservice, acces to fitness and so on. Had to ask in the reception.
