This hotel is remarkable. Everything about it is first class. They provide a driver to get you around. The beds are extremely comfortable. Bath towels are super soft. There is nothing not to love about this property.

Stayed at the property for the first time while helping my daughter move into college for freshman year. It definitely exceeded expectations and I plan to stay there a lot more over the next four years. Thank you again and look forward to seeing everyone.

From the moment we arrived everything was first class. The staff was ever responsive and attentive. Could not ask for a better stay. Highly recommend

The bad: When I first arrived there were no Valets to be found. It became very awkward as I wasn't sure if I should leave my vehicle or not. Then there was a car behind me that was trying to leave. I had to jump back in my vehicle to try a get out of their way. The roadway was very narrow and the whole thing became a hassle. Not the best way to start off our trip. We finally found a Valet who walked right past me. I guess I didn't look desperate enough. Anyhow I gave him our key and took care of us like any other hotel Valet. Been treated better at Arby's. Then there was the shower. It leaked a lot when taking a shower. Our bathroom floor was covered in water. Had to shower with towels covering the bottom of the shower window and door. We did this for a few days and it got out of control so decided to call the front desk. The good: The manager called me the very next day to try and figure out a way to make sure I was happy and not forgotten (regarding the Valet service). She offered to buy us lunch, etc. I appreciated the call very much. The front desk sent a maintenance person to our room right away and the sealed off the opening at the bottom of the shower window. There was still a leak under the shower door but we appreciated the attempt. The verdict. I still say it was a great hotel. No place is perfect. It was our 10 year anniversary so I really wanted everything to be perfect for my wife. The attempt to try and fix our issues was much appreciated. Happy to recommend.

Had an amazing time as usual. We ran away for our 40th anniversary. We love the service and the location. We love being able to walk to great restaurants and to Independent Presbyterian on Sundays. As always, a great experience.

First night we had to switch rooms because ac was broken and room wreaked of sewage. In fact the whole hotel did until Wednesday, 2 days into our stay, the. We noticed them cleaning out the sewers. It was quite gross and the manager never spoke to us or apologized. Not a great welcome to Savannah.

Can’t beat location. Great A/C which is probably the most important thing. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower as well. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Honestly I don’t know why someone would stay anywhere else in Savannah.

I have many good things to say about my stay at the Perrylane Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they go above and beyond. The hotel is extremely clean; except the hallway could have smelled better. The pool id small but very relaxing and comfortable however it can get crowded at times. The hotel has many sitting areas to relax and unwind. The room was a nice size and very clean however the bed and pillow's were uncomfortable and we did not have too many good night sleeps. The hotel is in an amazing location; we walked pretty much everywhere. We did use the hotel transportation one time; which takes you within 2 miles to and from. Overall; this was a birthday trip and first time to Savannah. We love our time and stay, we are hopefully coming back and will definitely being staying at the Perrylane Hotel.

Only complaint is the musty smell in both the room and the upstairs hallways and the ice cold air conditioning set on blast when walking into the room. Once I turned it off, the musty smell consumed me. You may need to manage humidity in the rooms better than with the air conditioning.

I loved the Perry Hotel! The staff was so helpful, nice and informative! The beds were so comfortable like a pillow. The Perry Hotel will be my new place to stay when I come to Savannah. Loved the Prosecco too!
