There was hair on the bed sheets when we arrived. Only one trash bag (none in bathroom). Free breakfast had several options, but hot food was barely warm, no where to heat it up and everything was loaded with sugar, ie sugar pearl waffles, muffins with sugar. As a diabetic, there were very few options for me outside of cold, watery eggs, cold bacon/sausage, and a banana or apple. Nice place to stay, but need more diverse options for breakfast or at least make sure it's hot.

Front desk person was RUDE… not very many cars in parking lot, was told every room was booked and that I didn’t specify for special recommendations.

My family stayed for 2 nights. Property was clean, with lots of parking. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean. Shower water pressure was great. $20 per room, per night for incidentals. Breakfast was okay. I would definitely stay again!

These days, post-Covid, it seems like hotels just don’t want to provide the service they used to provide. If your room gets housekeeping at all, it’s bare minimum. I was not amused that housekeeping put the bed linens in my room as if I were to make up the bed. That’s crazy.
The hotel is super quiet. If the beds were decent you could, in theory, get a good night’s sleep. The pillows are those super squishy ones. Not my cup of tea.
We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that.
All in all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hotel but Jim the shuttle driver is by far the best thing about the place. Kind, caring, funny and really went out of his way for me to ensure my evening was comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciate his huge heart and his good taste in icecream:)
