Would give this hotel more than 5 stars if possible. The property is stunning both indoor and outdoor and very well maintained. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The best part of the property is by far the rooftop and the pool area although the rooms are wonderful as well. I cannot recommend enough!

Booked this hotel from August 10-13. Upon arrival, received a call of a family member being rushed to hospital. Advised front desk that we would not be able to stay for our reservation. Hotel owner, Monica Mirri, was off property and communicating with her staff. Refused to speak to us and refused to accommodate our emergency situation. Refused to refund us our money entirely unless “she sold the room to someone else for the dates”. Offered a voucher which wouldn’t work for us as we are from Canada and were leaving Italy shortly afterwards. Hotel staff refused to give us the copies they made of our passports so after the receptionist, Rosalba, mistakenly dropped the papers - I picked them up. They accused me of taking with force, the owner threatened to call the police on me and use legal action against me because I have the entire occurrence recorded. Expedia has yet to help me achieve my money back for a service I did not use. Monica Mirri is a terrible owner and I would advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. I have video recordings and documentation from the hotel that she would only consider refunding my money if she secured another booking. This is not how hospitality works. I will be pursing further action until I am compensated.

Would have been a five star if not for the parking facility. Out of that, it was a five star stay!! The staff was fantastic and the whole hotel was beautiful.

We liked walking to the near by trattorias, enjoyed the view and it’s walkable to the beach.

Hospitality at its best! Lovely stay at this wonderful oceanfront property. Breakfast is the best we have had in our travels through Italy. We relaxed in the modern and peaceful pool area. Much needed after all of the sightseeing in Palermo. The staff was warm, kind, and attentive to guests' needs. Mondello is a gem and this is the best place to stay. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This hotel is a gem!!! Large room with a balcony and a direct sea view. Large bathroom. Very stylish. Mondello is the upscale beach town nearest Palermo. As Palermo is a rather gritty and crowded city, staying at this house and commuting to Palermo for meetings or siteseeing is a realistic option. As it's an easy 20 minute drive to the airport, we stayed here the night before an early morning flight. We recommend this property highly.

Such a beautiful property located across from a beautiful beach. Convenient to walk to restaurants. Loved sitting outside on our private patio and the patio by the pool.

Everyone was wonderful and helpful the pools and property are beautiful and the rooms are lovely … right by the ocean and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. They have excellent recomendations for restaurants in the area. The concierge was a wonderful women who sent us to the best meal we had in all of Italy.
