The hotel is very nice. Trendy and cool vibe. Friendly staff and walking distance to the silos and many restaurants and bars.

The hotel was very stylish. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice. The bed was very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Water pressure was light and the water never got hotter than like warm. But, the A/C was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

I LOVE this BRAND NEW hotel! It’s extremely clean, smells good, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to assist. They have a wonderful fitness center with top of the line equipment! They even had Pelotons!
The bar had very fun vibe in the evening. Beautiful hotel and I will be back again soon with the family! Well done Even Waco… see you soon

Staff was very attentive, clean hotel, the only complain would be is that I did not get my room cleaned, trash removed or new towels. Bed was never made, used the same towels for the last 3 nights. Called the front desk at night to make sure to send someone for the next day and nothing was done.

Love this new hotel the EVEN is in a beautiful location in downtown Waco, we had a great breakfast downstairs and ate at the BLVD Steakhouse next door for dinner. I cannot rave enough about how fabulous my experience there was. Went back to the EVEN hotel and had a cocktail while playing shuffleboard before going upstairs. The room was spacious and well designed, got a great sleep. Cant wait to go back during Baylor football season and walk the the games at McLane Stadium.
Lauren at the front desk was a delight.

Check in was really good both people that helped me where very friendly aside from that it was OK. Phones where no working we got a breakfast voucher Saturday night and ONLY because we went downstairs to buy something other than that we would've never known about that.

This is a very nice hotel for Waco,Tx. Megan was super nice and made check in a breeze! The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It was also nice to have a Peloton bike, yoga mat, yoga blocks and foam roller in our room for convenience. I hope people don’t get a hold of this little gem and tear it up. Good job IHG!

We reserved 4 rooms through Hotels.com that was confirmed about a month ago. When we got there, they couldn't find our reservations. They said since we booked through a third party, there was no booking in their system. We had to go back to the hotel 3 times back and forth. They kept telling us there was no room but then a room open up.We only got 2 out of 4 rooms booked. They shouldn't list availabilities online if they were sold out. During checkout, they said we needed to pay again when we already paid the day of checking in. The employees need to talk to each other because they didn't know what each person was doing. So much headache at this hotel. Customer service was so terrible. They were very rude and didn't know what they were doing.

The rooms were so spacious and VERY clean!
There was a slight mix up with my room when I got there but they immediately fixed the problem and everything went well from then on. Also that gym is probably one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen at a hotel! And it was 24 hours!

The front desk manager, Shanika, was FABULOUS!!!! She even brought my pizza up at midnight to the room.
Will definitely be back. I sure hope the property stays clean and new and nice. Only drawback was that the restaurant is not open yet, but that's only b/c property open only a month now.

Brand new, very clean, the room was amazing and felt like. Mini apartment.
