Small boutique hotel right in the walkable area of Florence. 1/2 mile from the Duomo, easy to get around. Laundromat and parking garage are within 100 yards. It was quiet and comfortable and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

The staff is very friendly, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and the windows were thick enough to keep the noise out from the street. Their breakfast was the best I've ever had from a hotel, it felt like they had everything you could ever ask for. The day we checked out we were still planning on staying in Florence until the evening and they kept our bags at the hotel free of charge for the day which was very convenient. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see as tourists.

Staff was great and very helpful, close to train station, restaurants and major sites. Comfortable and clean overall, we would definitely come back when in Florence.

Wonderful hotel, extremely well located not far from the train station and 5 mn from the Dome and cathedral in a quiet street. We came by car and Art Atelier has discounted rates in a garage 2 mn from the hotel in the ZTL zone. Rooms are spacious, AC quiet, and everything has been recently renovated. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Florence.

This property was conveniently located to the train (3 min walk), all within walking distance of all major attractions. Room were a little small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful, the air conditioning worked like a dream in the extreme heat, and the location cannot be beat. 5 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the Duomo cathedral. Everything else is within a 10 minute walk in any direction through breathtaking streets. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful by offering a map to show us how to see the highlights of Florence and by ordering us a taxi back to the train station when checking out. Whilst the train station is only a few blocks away, it was raining and we had 2 large bags to drag along the old stone streets so we opted for a taxi for our departure. The only negative was the bed, which was quite uncomfortable, but fine for 1 night. I would stay here again. Florence is exquisitely beautiful.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast is terrific and so was the service in the morning. Somebody’s room had a sewage/plumbing issue leaving a terrible odor, but it was address quickly in the morning and gone by the time we returned from sightseeing.

It’s a 5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station, trams to the airport, and all mainline trains. Really can’t fault it and I would definitely stay again.

This place was in walking distance to a lot of the major things in the area. Lots of shopping and food around. Very very close to the train station with a 24h McDonald's around the corner if you needed it. There is a laundry place down the street also. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good lots of options. We would stay here again!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I stayed in room 105 which had direct access to the terrace. It was simply incredible. The room was spacious and modern with a touch of traditional Italian vibes. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Especially the roasted tomatoes and homemade pastry. The hotel was a 3 min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station (the main station in Florence), 5 min walk from the Duomo (Santa Maria di Fiore), and 2 minute walk from the central market. I could not have pictured a better location. One of the best parts is all the hand painted elements in the hotel, were done by a local artist which has her studio two doors down from the hotel. It was amazing to go into her studio and see how she made the art on the walls in the hotel. I would not recommend this place enough! This is THE hotel to be at when in Florence. I can not wait to go back and stay at this hotel and explore more of this beautiful city.

A robust complimentary breakfast and coffee every morning, room is clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything you could need, 24 hour secure front desk, and a nice ambiance. Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English well. They had our room ready early which was much appreciated. Room was clean, nice breakfast with good selection. However hotel hallways and rooms are dated and stuffy. The AC which we had no control over would come on and off on its own and when it went off the room was stuffy and warm.
