Traveling with a senior and young child. Staff ensured a comfortable room for my mobility challenged senior and the pool and games room was awesome for my grandson.

During the night, there was a continuous heavy sound which spoiled my sleep. I guess this sound was coming from air conditioners which when they work are very noisy.

The only good thing about the hotel was that the beds were comfortable enough. But the layout of the hotel itself makes no sense, the room we were in (2 bed) was tiny (not accommodating of 4 people as advertised). The room had a constant smell that was similar to a locker room. The bathroom had a faint smell of porta potty (probably caused by the dried pee splatter behind the toilet). There were multiple of what one would assume are pubic hairs around the toilet and regular hair in the tub. The carpet had a lot of unknown stains. The pool and splash park were warm but also had a mildew smell. When we arrived for check in (4) the power was out and stayed out for over 4h, we had to make different accommodations on our first night because we are from a different time zone and our kids were exhausted but couldn’t sleep in the hot room. The hotel refused to offer us a discount saying no one else had to sleep elsewhere so why are we special. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it’s overall dirty, overpriced, breakfast is not included, & the staff un-helpful.

I appreciate that this is in the heart of Chicoutimi. The hotel seems a bit old and clunky to use all of its facilities, but there's ample parking, restaurants, and a good price which made me select this place to stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and all the amenities functioned properly. Very clean and alot to do within the hotel in case of rainy days. Alot pf parking spaces, easy access, very hospitable staff.

I liked very much the large room with 2 queen beds and 2 desks and also the light coming through the large windows. We stayed in the tower (D) and we had a very nice view.
