The hotel was amazing... clean and in good condition. I wasnt disappointed at all. Its located in a nice area and the virw from your window of the city is amazing.

From the front desk to the valet, everybody was so friendly, including the restaurant servers excellent day we were in and out quite a bit visiting, but how refreshing to go back to such a nice hotel

Hotel was very nice. But the walls are super thin. Everyone walking down the hall you could hear their full conversation. Door slamming all night closet and cabinets doors next door sounded like they were slamming closed anytime some one used them
Doors to room slamming. You could hear full conversations of the Neighbors next to you. You would get woken up in the middle of the night with people coming in late.

It was very clean and peaceful. The military discount was taken off at the end of the pay had conflict in the beginning but it was resolved.

We have stayed at the Omni before and every time we come they are welcoming and the service is amazing. The staff treat us like friends and honored guests.

Great overnighter at the Omni Hotel - ASU. Very easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and helpful, and nice options for food and drink within the property. Elevators were a little tricky and took a ride or two I didn't ask for, but overall a good experience.

Everything is clean and new. The location of this property is next to busy streets and the noise is a problem all day long. Make sure to request a room away from the busy streets if you need to sleep early or during the day.

The staff at the Omni are amazing. We had an extended stay and they treated us like family. The property is beautiful and a little oasis on the edge of ASU.

Extremely happy with the design, furnishings and cleanliness of my room; I’m not one to pay good money and tolerate ickiness. No ickiness here! The gym and pool were both utilized and great for what I was doing and my college age son. Food was the big surprise at the hotel. Everything we ate at the lobby restaurant was amazing. If they have the tres leches cake or the butterscotch pot de creme just order it, don’t skip dessert. The rooftop restaurant provided a delicious meal as well and we timed it to see a beautiful sunset. I was not expecting such a great hotel on our AZ College tour visit, but I’m glad we made the Omni our home base for a few days while we drove out to NAU, ASU & U of A.
