Very good stay, everyone in there are extremely helpful. Yes rooms need refurbishment a little but other than that people, food other areas of property everything outstanding.

The Hotel Rooms and Bathrooms need to be refurbished or renovated it is in very bad condition. The GM and Manager were very helpful and professional so was the employees. I have been informed by the GM the Hotel and Facilities will be ready ny September 2022.

Everything was good except the AC in the room was switched off at midnight! Felt very warm, woke up at 2am, temp regulator showed 25C, tried to adjust/bring down temp to 20-22 without success. Again Woke up at 4am virtually sweating! Then called up reception and I was told Ac was switched off from outside! AC was then switched on and and said a Sorry as usual! Thereafter We could sleep for an hour with temp reading at 22-23C.

Overall great experience. Nice resort to relax during year end. Only thing which can be better is Christmas Gala dinner menu to make it more exciting.

Stunning property with amazing service! We had the pool to ourselves most days, the whole hotel looked incredible and was well maintained. Service was world class - we felt like the only people there! Had a few minor issues with our room but they all got fixed quickly. Slightly pricey for drinks and some of the food, but honestly it was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t change the hotel - so beautiful!

The hotel's location is perfect and bang on the lake. Good views from the room. Rooms are fine but lack basic details in terms of convenience. E.g. there is a walk-in closet with the toilet, bathroom and washbasins but no door. The switches in the room were super confusing. The television in the room was not in good condition and speakers dysfunctional and could barely hear anything. The service was just about okay. However, service in the restaurant was not at all upto the mark. Had an unpleasant experience. Understood that the staff works in a very un-synchronous manner. The hotel claims that it is 5 stars but I won't give it more than 4 stars. Premium is charged just because of the location. Food is okay and can be better.

Overall a good hotel. Our previous stay was a lot better. This time we had issues with hot water in the shower and there were stains on the bedsheet (which they did change). The room was also quite noisy. However, the staff were very helpful and the view from the room was spectacular.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Don't normally stay at 5* hotels, but thought we would treat ourselves! Wonderful swimming pool. Great food. Courteous staff. Excellent room. Had a problem with our bill, but was efficiently sorted out.
