It’s clean and the room was very nice with a flying balcony. No hot water, they let us use a room two floors down to take a hot shower.

The hotel is the best in the city, it has an incredible view, the rooms are luxurious, I really loved visiting the city and resting comfortably.

The family rooms are excellent when traveling in large groups. We had 4 beds and 2 bathrooms in our room with a great view. The area is very safe and the staff friendly. Great value for the price

The view is amazing! The internet did not great if you are on a higher floor but the staff is super nice. Our room did not have a fridge (there was a microwave). I wish I had brought instant coffee. It is in a very nice neighborhood so there is nothing close, but my husband walked down to the OXXO and back up the hill. FYI, No shuttle.

The hotel was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but they have complimentary shuttles that go that way and also have shuttles to other attractions as well from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice with beautiful views and great rooms for a large family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!!!

LAS HABITACIONES NO SON NI SE PARECEN A LAS QUE OFRECEN EN SU PUBLICIDAD. TE OFRECEN HABITACIONES CON DOS CAMAS Y TE RECIBEN CON UNA SOLA CAMA Y LA PEOR UBICACIÓN EN EL HOTEL.

The hotel location is good, very quiet neighborhood and safe place... the hotel facilities are good but it will be appreciated if they could keep the rest room in better conditions... the hotel staff very educated and kind.... the view from the hotel is just amazing!!!
