Overall good stay, nice facility for a capsule room. But because they don’t have reception and no one to ask to. It was really frustrating when they message me the procedure and code very late. They should automatically send the message at least exactly 2pm for check in.

Fine and would stay again however check in was late. And the same capsule and locker as I’ve stayed in before I struggled to open with swipe card inconvenient to be standing waiting for a temperamental system.
The hair in the women’s showers is just disgraceful and if guests aren’t cleaning their own mess then surely staff should be making sure that other guests don’t have to do it themselves. Overall great but the hygiene is to a standard that any body paying anywhere would be dissatisfied with

Hi. I think it is a great concept. My only 'complaint' is the bathroom (male) floor tiles are lifting. Severely in the showers. I think you should check if a warranty still exists, since the work seems relatively new. They shouldn't be lifting for at least ten years or so if correctly installed in the first case. Thank you. Dx (And I WILL stay again.) Dx

Capsules seem cheaply constructed with no soundproofing. I would have appreciated some basic kitchen facilities like kettle and microwave.

The fan sounded like i was on the 'Battlestar Galactica" which i couldn't turn off - pod 27.
Sound proofing should be and was expected to be better.
Carpet on the floors would be nice.
Shower was excellent.
At $30 a pod and 42 pods that's $1260 a night, way more then 3 hotel rooms would bring in - either make it cheaper or better - i'm not staying there again.

The capsule its self is clean and a good size, the bathrooms really need to be updated with shower water under the Lino it smelt like mould. The bathroom is tiny no space at the two small sinks, it’s fine to stay for 1-2 nights no longer. Still had a fun one off experience in the Airone hotel

This is a really neat place. The beds are quite uncomfortable and there is only USB outlets in the pods for charging but for a cheap accommodation it was good. I would stay here again

I don’t usually do reviews, but those ladies that cleaned up in the morning which I believe are the owners were extremely nice. Recommended if you want affordable privacy. The pods are also bigger than the pictures show to be. I’m a 6’3 man and I fit in there comfortably.

One night someone is drinking and smoking in the yard so we can smell the annoying smoking smell in the capsule

Inadequate information, notes twin room in confirmation email ,booked for 2 person .When arrived in hotel noted it was one room only fpr one person but only received details for one room.Had to contact the owner again and then only received details for the other room
