Was great except for the tolliet paper and Kleenex are terrible. Other then that what a wonderful place. I would stay here again but would bring my own Kleenex and hope they have better toilet paper. Lighting in room kinda dark also. Even when you have ever light on it is still dark in room. Maybe brighter bulbs?

Very nice. The staff were great. The breakfast was much better than other places I've stayed.

After a long day, I needed to rest for an hour or so before going out for the evening. No such luck. Deconstruction going on right above our heads. The hotel was full, so changing rooms was not an option. I understand that. The young lady at the front desk was very polite, understanding, and professional. She was great, it wasn’t her fault. Perhaps coordination between construction & reservations would help.
On the positive, the staff was amazing especially Dennis who worked the breakfast bar.
We always search out Hampton Inns when on road trips and will continue to do so.

Location is convenient to all of Omaha and even the far western suburbs. We were given a note when we checked in that made it sound like Hilton expected us to be in our room when they came around to check the strength of the Wi-fi, but there was not schedule. We let the front desk know that if we happened to be there that was fine, but our plans did not include waiting in our room all weekend on the chance someone may stop in for a minute. The desk clerk was great and told us not to be concerned.

Love the area and hotel was great. I booked a King room with a sofa bed. They gave me a double bed room. Went to the front desk, they said they only had 1 king room left. The hearing impaired room. We took the room, but was hoping for more apologies. But they got the room switch and we were fine.

They ran out of food for breakfast, and the eating area was a mess. Granted, due to guests being slobs, but no one on staff to help clean. Housekeeping was in our room before we checked out and couldn't use our room after trying to eat breakfast.
