The hotel common areas were great. Very welcoming and very spacious. I loved the outdoor fire tables and the bar was a very nice touch. The service was impeccable! We will definitely stay again.
Minus one star, beds were uncomfortable and the room could use a little updating and a deep clean. But it wasn't terrible.

The location is conveniently close to the airport. The should have had at least coffee at the reception. The room was old and the sofa had the holes

We thought this was the hotel next door that serves breakfast, too bad. It was still a comfortable stay. Little bit of a drive and the area around it isn't super interesting.

It was nice, but they should have breakfast provided. Also there is no shuttle to the airport which is insane for a hotel to not have. Parking is $18 a day when that should be free since the price of the hotel is high. The beds have no head board. The only thing I do like is that the room was super spacious. They do ask when would you like the room clean. I would possible stay here again if I am traveling with a big group.

The room was unclean. One of the double beds were slightly unmade. The shower and sink drains were very slow. The air filters were very dirty.

Our room was a decent size. Bed was very comfortable and a cafe was downstairs for dining. Staff were very friendly and check in was very efficient. I don’t know why many hotels in the US do not provide hot water and tea bags, only coffee in rooms.
Hotel is around 15 minutes to LAX airport. Nice swimming pool.

Service was terrible. After fixing the refrigerator by technician, it was working for 2 hours in a day and our whole food spoiled everyday. We asked for towels and blanket by personally and over phone 2 times, but didn’t get until we escalated to them.

The only down fall is you have to pay for parking and breakfast not included. But there are lots of nearby restaurants and stores. I would go back.
