awfully warm room, unable to turn heating off on 23 degree day, noisy road, uncomfortable bed and dreadful pillows. Not easy to park. Thin walls.

We did not know until we showed up that this facility has a SHARED BATHROOM. The hotels.com app does not have it listed anywhere. It was a bit inconvenient having to wait to use the shower, toilet & hairdryer. Other than that, the facility is small, clean and quiet.

Considering the location and the room condition, the price was too expensive. Room was too small, shared bathroom & kitchen was not convinient to use.

The property is 2 mins walk from Alpnachstad and Alpnachstad Pilatus Cogwheel train station. The room was spotless clean, the bathroom was lavish, we also got some free coffee, tea and biscuits. The neighbours were lovely and the surroundings were breathtaking.

When we got there it turned out that Hotels.com messed up on our reservation and the hotel never received it and had already filled up all their rooms that night. The owner went out of his way to find us another guesthouse nearby, and allowed us to go back the next day to store our luggage while we went up Pilatus.

Very bad experience I request to everyone please don’t go there. You guys can go sick or take some bug to home. hard to find that please don’t waste your money.
