Nice neighborhood with dining options in walking distance, new building, wide, clean rooms, great bathroom, luxury with no exaggeration, very fair pricing policy. Already in my notes as ”Place to stay in Taipei”.

Rooms were not just cozy but surprisingly spacious! Nested in a quiet neighborhood. Warm and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, and it was a decadent, lovely experience. The pool is the perfect temperature and they let you borrow swim caps (which are required in the pool). The single-sex spas (which guests can access gratis) feature steamroom, sauna, and hot and cold whirlpools and they were clean, well-kept, and such a treat. The hotel room itself was so comfortable -- esp with free minibar snacks and drinks, and the bathroom is lined with gray marble and luxuriously large. The Taiwanese restaurant in the hotel has a Michelin star, so it is usually booked far in advance. The breakfast and lunch buffet is about $50/person and offers a tremendous variety of excellent food and drink, from a sahimi bar to custom-cooked noodles, single-serving hot pot, and unlimited desserts that are as gorgeous as they are tasty. It's too much food, to be honest! The only downside I could see is that it is located off the beaten path, so you need to take taxis or Ubers to get anywhere. But if you just want to relax and stay in the hotel, there's plenty to do.

Property was very nice and clean there were multiple restaurants on the property. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast offered many options and was all very delicious.

A true luxury hotel

Staff were mixed at their quality of service. However, all cleaning staff were very friendly and professional. Our assigned housekeeper, Lynn did an amazing job keeping our room neat after breakfast. Mini-fridge was replenished daily along with bathroom essentials. View was subpar.

A true luxury hotel

Excellent customer service! Front desk helped us to get taxis, they were always very helpful. Food was delicious at breakfast and midafternoon tea buffet. Room was beautiful and had special touches like slippers, robes, kimonos, and fruit. Bedding was very comfortable. Hope to return next time. Highly recommend!

We liked the balcony and pool. We suggest you have more head caps to offer guests. The food was delicious and there was good variety. The front desk and restaurant staff were kind and friendly. The lady at the pool reception was not as friendly. We had difficulty turning on hot water for the shower but staff were able to show us. It shouldbe straight forward. I think there was something faulty with the equipment. Not being able to access other floors was an inconvenience for our family since we were on 2 different floors. There were a total of 17 of us. Overall out experience was good.
