Cleanliness was excellent. I downgraded my rating because the room was darker than I would wish even with all the lamps turned on.

Check in was quick, after a long flight. Hotel offers shuttle from airport to hotel +++ Room was spacious & clean. A few eating late night options within walking distance. This was a one night stay for us, since cruise was next morning.

Our first stay at this hotel. Very convenient to the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Clean and modern. Front desk clerk wasn’t particularly friendly but restaurant waitstaff were very nice. Great breakfast options but no free breakfast.

4 nights, room service is provided everyday, pool area is good. My kids had breakfast everyday in the restaurant.
Good place to stay if u want to visit multiple national parks, downtown is 30-45m away based on traffic

Wished there was enough coffee and tea pods for 2 people. Continental free breakfast wold be nice as offered by other horel chains in this price range. Lotoya and Danesha were lovely and helpful.

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant and bar, convenient shop for snacks and drinks, and a 24 hour airport shuttle. We were just looking for a nice place to spend a night near the airport after our cruise and this was definitely a welcome surprise.

We had an overnight delay from our flight so we stayed here to sleep. The walls are paper thin so we heard noise from the floor above us, the people next to us and the noise from the hallway. We hardly got any sleep before having to return to the airport. Would not recommend.

Check in was ok. Person checking us in acted as though we were interrupting her phone call she was on. The restaurant was good-comfy and fast. Sat at the bar and enjoyed it. The gym looked good, just didn’t have time to use it.

This is a great hotel and we have stayed here before because it’s so nice. Rooster, from an adjacent property, kept waking us up during the night. Lots of traffic noise as well. Overall, it’s very clean, updated and staff is terrific!

We stayed there on our last day of our stay in Seattle. We wanted something close to the airport to get us there to fly out without the hassle. The ladies at check in were great, nice and respectful. I would stay there again.

Property was great. Check in was grumpy - but all other staff were friendly and top notch. Great airport stay helped soften the frustration of the cancelled day of travel.

Staff was friendly. Shuttle driver went out of his way to assist you. Don’t remember his name but he worked the 3-11 shift. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable.
