The staff here is just amazing! Always warm, smiling and friendly. Kudos to the mangement and staff for making the resort so welcoming and we get the sense that the staff is also very happy to be there and provide the best service I have experienced worldwide!

This is barely a 5 star. They are trying hard, but mot quite there yet. No alcohol license. Food is not versatile, and is very spicy. No fire hydrant in the rooms, the main door has an half an inch gap flrom the floor. The 110V outlet does not accommodate the larger prong of US devices, light switches are not very intuitive, smoking on premises by landscape staff, landscape stones/pavers are unsafe and need gap refills. Postives - great traditional breakfast, attentive and prompt staff, very clean, espresso machine, great location.

A very clean and new hotel which exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The pool is particularly amazing, with views over the lake, and we basically had the pool area to ourselves for 2 days. The WiFi does not reach to the pool area and some other areas of the hotel.
The restaurant food was good. The staff were friendly but we sometimes we did not get our orders as requested. There was also no one by the pool to take food/drink orders even though a pool bar was advertised.
The rooms were a decent size, with good aircon and very comfortable beds.
