The location is great, especially if you are arriving or departing by bus. The staff is friendly and the room was quite nice.

Room was on ground floor which allowed everyone passing by look at the room, therefore to keep privacy we were forced to keep closed curtains which made room dark and unpleasant.
There was water leachage under bath tub, therefore all room smelled with mold and canalization smell.
Room was close to some service room, hence it was very loud and impossible to sleep.
During check staff wasn’t service minded but answered quite agressive.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room is overall clean but the sheets didn't smell fresh. There was a problem with the shower, the water not running properly. However, they sent the mechanic and sorted it out very quickly. The area is awesome, walkable within the old town area and close to the bus station 'autoosta'

2 Rooms, all was fine and me and 2 others had a great stat and enjoy the city for a weekend ;-)

Weird smell in room. Simple room. Small tv. Breakfast was super busy, even on a Wednesday…. And food was not good.

Decent but average hotel. Clean. Breakfast could be better, but the small spa above expectations compared to rest of the hotel.

The windows in the room didn't open and sometimes the air could smell a bit stale. I also suffered a fall at the spa - this could have been avoided had there been anti-slip Matt on the floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay at Wellton.

However, the front desk ladies seem to be very busy and couldn’t really handle the workload, especially during check in and check out hours. And when one lovely lady was trying to help me, the other one (older and short hair) started yelling at her. Not very professional in front of guests regardless whether guests know the language or not. The older lady’s attitude seem to be quite selective - very polite and full of jokes when it comes to male guests, but not so much with female guests. Given that no early check in or late check out, Guests could leave their luggages in their luggage room for free but the hotel doesn’t check anything, everyone could walk in and out of the luggage room- didn’t feel safe to leave my suitcase there especially the hotel is in the busy area of town and lots of people come in and out all the time.

Great visit, nice room at the top floor, which also meant that the water pressure was quite low. Breakfast was nice bit quite noisy and busy.
